Good location
Reviewed 1 day ago

We stayed here for 4 nights and the 1st night was in a double, double which was poky at best for the price. We then moved to a suite which was far better. Spacious and well equipped. All in all very good, however as there were no stirrers for the coffee I had to use a pen which I left out and asked for stirrers to be left - they instead left the dirty pen and gave me two more pens but no stirrers!

Avoid

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights at start of the month on arrival had to pay $200 for the room deposit which was fine as was told that it would be refunded after we left within 5 working days. Now the 5 working days has past and still no refund so this needless to say replaced any good feeling we had about the hotel whilst staying there. Location great but due to non refund I would avoid at all costs.

Matchbox small

Not only did I not get the room I signed up for, with an Empire State view, it was beyond small for 4 people with two beds, barely enough room to walk no where to place luggage not even on a luggage rack.
I will say the hotel was clean, staff were nice and helpful.

Great position and value, small rooms but awesome breakfast

Came on business as near Penn station and stayed 1 night. Am a Hilton regular and the room was small but Comfortable with good bathroom. I could see Empire State from my room and went down to gym which was similarly small with ok equipment but limited.
Then breakfast was a real surprise - absolutely fantastic. Better choice and quality than all of the other Hilton’s and Marriotts I have been while being in New York (about 10 hotels) which are all more expensive!!

Great hotel, very happy

I checked in about 7pm last Friday and my room was ready, clean and warm. I booked a 2 room king suite, was given 1710 and it was excellent. Like my own little apartment in NYC!

Re: the lift situation, I never waited more than 60 seconds for a lift. In fact, had I not read the reviews on here I'd never have noticed.

The front desk were always available, kind and polite. They clearly work at double speed so thank you for your efforts.

I didnt visit the bar or order room service.

I would happily stay here again. I found it to be very enjoyable.
