How to Get There
Terrible hotel - old - outdated - showers from 1980 - furniture from 1970 - tiny gross rooms - closets broken. Smelly - toilet broken and always running. Dirty windows and curtains. For nearly $1000 for two nights / should not be in the Hilton brand
Very old hotel that takes advantage of its location to justify charging top notch prices. Management does not care about things not working. Safe in room, bathtub, elevator lights, air conditioning.
Some staff are very arrogant and act like they are doing you a favor by even talking with them. I have stayed at over 100 Hilton brand hotels and never had such a bad experience .
I travelled from New Zealand, only to arrive to find that my booking had been cancelled, with no notification. The booking agent, Booking.com showed my booking as active and confirmed as I was at the front desk, being told it was cancelled.
They could give no reason as to why it was cancelled, and didn't give a s**t*. Which is ironic, given there's a sign on the desk that says 'Make it Right'. They made no effort what so ever to 'Make it right'. Not even an apology. Astonishing.
