Sergio & Albert are great

If only for the service and hospitality these guys provided I would have given this place five stars.

I’m going to write a separate review about the restaurant in the 20th floor which kind of killed the joy I had with the hotel...

Average & expensive
Reviewed 2 days ago

For the room rate it was pretty average. There's no safe in the room so you have to go to the safe at the front desk. The shower was weak with little water flow. The wifi internet was intermittent. It was simply expensive for what it is. If you're going to spend this amount of money you can get better quality.

Good Choice for Financial District

CQ was all around a decent stay. The rooms are clean and contain everything you need, but the club room was really tiny, even for NY standards. Regardless, when you’re in NYC, you’ll be spending most time outside. The bed was satisfactory, the coffee machine a plus, and the lounge a nice amenity. Every once in a while you’ll have that craving for late night m&ms ... or sparkling water, and the lobby lounge will fulfill your basic snacking needs. My only real complaint with the room was the low water pressure in the shower. Front desk was staffed by nice folks who mostly executed tasks in a timely manner. Check in was unnecessarily lengthy, but a request to fix a light out in my room was addressed almost immediately. All in all, CQ is a good choice for the price considering how high NYC hotel fares in December high season.

Love this place

Just stayed here this past weekend. Great time, great hotel, staff is super helpful! Ronaldo helped me with my needs on multiple nights, grateful for him and his service. He was super kind and helpful and always had a great up beat attitude! Appreciate his service. I would recommend this hotel hands down to anyone. Free snacks, soda, wine for a hour a day, you can do your own laundry if need be, and the rooms are awesome due to the views! I have stayed here in the past before because I love the hotel so much, the views are spectacular and love that some of the rooms have the glass wall basically to look out. The rooftop is awesome. I was super bummed though to find out there will be a huge massive tower building going up infront of Club Quarters, the views will now basically be staring right at a building (so kiss any view goodbye unless you pay more to have a suite and have the 9/11 memorial view). Of course this is nothing the hotel can do anything about, but seeing this was ALWAYS my go to hotel and have never had a issue, I am deeply saddened I will have to now look for another spot. Again, this is nothing on the hotel itself, it is out of their control where building decide to go up. But the view and glass lookout wall in the rooms were my main reason for always staying here. I will always love this place, and I made sure to appreciate the view one last time. Thanks for everything CQ!

Great place to stay in NYC

Very clean, modern and convenient to all NYC has to offer. Very economical as well. We really enjoyed the rooftop dining, and access to filtered water. Great and reliable parking service as well. We stay here often and have never been disappointed.
