We frequently stay at CQ midtown which is always nice. But this is my 2d time at CQ WTC. Great hotel in a great location! Shout out to Ro who checked me in, then was the bartender at the complementary happy hour, and later kindly printed out a paper I needed for work (when I couldn’t quickly figure out how to use the business center printer). Thank you for going above and beyond!
Really friendly staff here. Love that each room has a yoga mat and resistance band! Comfy bed. Nice bathroom. Nice soap/shampoo.
And they serve complimentary La Columbe coffee in the member lounge! Best coffee ever. (From Philly!) And complimentary fruit and snacks. I like sitting in the lounge catching up on work enjoying the complimentary offerings.

The location near the WTC is great. Lots of nice shops and restaurants nearby. And it’s a short walk from the PATH train from Newark. (Take the Amtrak to Newark and then the PATH train to WTC. Much better than taking Amtrak to NY penn station and then having to trek downtown)

If you are looking for a pretentious hotel, this is not it. It’s a friendly comfortable place, like a home away from home. I will be back!

Dreadful experience

We had three rooms during our stay and Room 902 was uninhabitable....front desk would not help so we had to double up family members...smell in 902 was of a dead, decaying animal...really horrible...we have put the matter "in dispute" with our credit card company as Club Quarters WTC has not returned any of our phone calls...

Valentine’s celebration

Booked dinner at Morton’s the day after valentine’s and was pleased to go upstairs to a welcoming bed without any of the city noise.. hotel was clean and quiet. I look forward to staying at this location again.

Terrible experience from the start

We checked in around 11pm. We got a room without the bathroom light. The maintenance guy was very nice and helpful. He suggested to get another room. The frontdesk personnel got us another room however it was already occupied. Finally we got a room closed to midnight after the long flight to NYC. We finally settled in after mid-night. The frontdesk did not apologize what happened or assigned us a slightly better room. We were very disappointed with the service. The stuff is overall unfriendly and no help throughout our trip.

You get what you pay for

I thought the price tag for a 4-star hotel seemed like a steal. I was very underwhelmed (and slightly skeeved) by the hotel rooms, which my coworkers deemed to have a "sad bachelor" vibe. Granted, it was clean (but not overtly so) and I slept well...I just probably won't go back.
