So. Unbelievably. Loud.

The sound and music from the bar downstairs was so loud that it physically shook the room until 3:30 am. Nothing was able to be done. Will definitely not stay here again after this sleepless experience.

You can't sleep here

I stayed in the past here, not anymore.
I woke up at 1 AM due to intense party noise in the lobby. I can deal well with parties, but the entire bedroom was shaking, more like an earthquake.
Greedy for money or lack of care for those staying there.
I called the reception and was told that the party would finish by 4 AM. What??? Ridiculous!!!
The front desk said sorry and during check out was the only thing that they would say... "they are deeply sorry" and "to call them before booking to check if there will be any party happening".
I will never stay here anymore.

Up and Coming.

Overall the hotel is nice, but I would not classify it as luxury based on things that were missing (no robes, water provided was not cold, and some of the things I saw, uneven chair leg etc. (see photos) Pros: Comfortable bed, great blow dryer, large shower, breakfast was adequate and the staff in the breakfast room was extremely pleasant, nice billiard room, good location for walking and hotel has outdoor space with great potential. Cons: Carpeting in the hallways was awful with stains and pieces missing. When I first went to my room I almost turned back and left. There is a resort fee added on which covers bottled water, left in the room at room temperature, WiFi? and breakfast. Some of these things are free at other hotels. The refrigerator was not cold at all as noted by another traveler. There was some noise throughout the evening but it did not keep me from sleeping. Despite the things described I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again.
