I have stayed in many hotels. I must say that my stay here at the Marriott was truly memorable. I was greeted with personable customer service by Usama, who is a credit to the Marriott brand. Our view of the Opera House was very special, thank you my friend. Our dinner experience was impressive with staff that were attentive and accommodating. The Three Bottle Man bar was delightful with some amazing wines and honestly the best oysters I have ever had. I was told that they had just arrived. This hotel is located at circular quay, perfectly positioned, surrounded by coffee shops and bars and walking distance to anywhere you want to go. Definitely my new choice for hotel in Sydney. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent location, easy walk to the Quay, shopping, eateries. Nice room but we had a construction view on 15th floor. Included breakfast for cruise guests not the same as other guests had and food barely warm.

The hotel’s location is great, close to the tourist spots and very accessible by walking or short ride. The staff are very helpful a courteous . The room and bedding very comfortable and clean. Would certainly recommend to friends and family to stay in!!

The hotel was very clean and tidy. The location, in the centre of the city, was perfect. Very easy to get to trains and ferries and all central attractions. We would highly recommend this as the place to stay in Sydney.

This place wins marks alone for the basic tenet of real estate: Location, location, location. Can’t beat being steps from Circular Quay with all its transportation options and proximity to the CBD. Rooms have all the amenities, even a power converter for the North American who forgot about the need for electrical change. Two quibbles: Elevators are horrendously slow, plus a broader beef about the Marriott Rewards program, now known as Bonvoy — Why bother chasing Gold status anymore? Thanks to the SPG merger, Gold status no longer allows hotels to offer executive lounge access, at least according to the front desk clerk upon check-in. It’s been awhile since we used our Gold status prior to this stay, and suffice it to say missing out on the lounge has caused us to think if it wouldn’t be better to stick with Hilton.
