How to Get There
It is so overpriced! The room was cramped and not comfortable, the wardrobe is nonfunctional. Our room was dirty, my husband took a shower, put on some white sneaker socks and went to the bathroom twice while we watched TV one evening -- his white socks were filthy. The rug under the bed was visibly dirty. We requested a second robe and were told it would arrive in a 'few minutes'. Never saw the robe. The only member of the staff that was friendly was the breakfast waiter. We paid a premium for a special weekend and it was disappointing to say the least. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK, we will go back to the Worldmark Resort that we stayed in the first time!
I can’t believe this inn was rated 4.5 star, it’s 3 star at best. The room was dirty and not maintained. Very over priced. And if for some reason you stay here, avoid rooms that share an entrance (6A & 6B). You can hear everything coming from the other room. Very disappointed and because we used hotels.com we had no recourse.
Nice room, poor front desk personnel and a $30.00/day resort fee for nothing. Total of $330/night. There was never anyone in the restaurant until the piano bar opened in the evening. Even then, few were eating. No pool. Fitness center was torn up. Ice machine was missing-had to go to the bar. We were going to buy a nice Indian design bed spread, but no one could find the key. Front desk personnel looked very unhappy and never went to customer relations training. Find another hotel.
