Worst hotel experience of all time.
Reviewed 4 days ago

I can honestly say this is one of the worst hotel experiences I've had.
1. Was overcharged at the bar TWICE in the same sitting.
2. Ordered meals to-go and 45 minutes later I was still waiting.
3. When I got to my room there were missing robes so I called down to the front desk. An hour later still no robes.
4. Both room service meals the following day were incorrect and was overcharged AGAIN.
5. To top it off hotel staff is rude, rude, RUDE and so unprofessional. Terrible hospitality here.
6. Shower was disgusting and not properly cleaned.

Do not stay here! Service is 100% better at the Marriott down the street. Very disappointed in this service.

Clean and Spacious Rooms

Our department meets at this venue every other year so this should say something. The service is very good and our group takes up many of the rooms and meeting spaces. The air conditioning is often too high to be comfortable while sitting at meetings.

The food is very good and salads quite fresh. Lower sodium would be preferred but that is a comment for almost all hotels and restaurants.

The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and bright. The bed is comfortable!

Restaurant Service

Good afternoon. We had our church conference at the Westin, Princeton NJ. Wonderful Conference Center. Great hotel staff. My only concern and compliant was the restaurant. My went downstairs to order some soup, he waited 15 minutes for someone to take his order, mind you, there were only two (2) people in sitting and it took another10 minutes for the soup to come. Now I am not bashing the hotel by any means, just saying that I think that they should of had more staff for that week. A great conference center and wonderful hotel staff. But if you want me to say something about the housekeeping, well that's a horse of a different color.. Once again, great hotel and friendly and helpful staff

A great hotel

Great location and nice place to stay. The hotel was undergoing renovations while I was there on business, but it is ok. The staff was very professional and the hotel is clean. Enjoyed my stay at the Westin, Princeton.

Gracious and comfortable

I attended a women’s conference and found the entire facility very nice. The rooms were updated and clean. The outer sink was large leaving little room for things and no towel bar to hang a hand towel, while the bath/toilet area was large.
The conference area was comfortable both in seating and temperature.
Our food was ample and tasty for such a large group. Breakfast was understaffed so it was not a quick bite before our meeting. The house granola was really good though.
All in all I would recommend this facility.
