The worst IHG property I ever visited.
Reviewed 2 months ago

Looking for incompetent, rude personell? For remaining without dinner but having waiters and manager on duty laughing about it and you? Then that’s the place to find all of this and much more.

I will not complain about bedsheets looking used as this has been commented of others before and nothing changed (see my photos and build your opinion). Nor about the fact that the safe in the room has been not open after the precedent guest. Can only hope that the toilette has been cleaned, as the shower was not, still having hairs from predecessor.

The lounge for Spire members is closed over the weekend so I received 2 vouchers for beer or wine in the “restaurant”. I was the only guest (I should have understood why) and ordered a steak. After 45 minutes the waitress came and informed (no sign of regret or apology!) me that “the computer is down and my stake was not ordered”, but I can wait other 10 minutes to get a stake. I told there that I am done and will not wait longer. She reacted with a rude tone (“these are the options , you wait other 10 minutes or leave it...”). I went to the reception and complained to the manager on duty about the situation and the waitress. Went outside the hotel for a cigarette and saw thru the windows how the waitress came to the manager on duty and the both were laughing and having fun.

I called IHG Hotline and complained about this (BTW I have been very nicely treated by the IHG case manager). The Case Manager called the hotel and the Manager on Duty called me in the room starting lying at me that he was not laughing. As he understood that I saw this he changed to “we are trying to have a very good relation to all employees”.

So, if you are looking for an IHG hotel where the paying guest is there to amuse the personell and not the personell is there to care for the guest than that’s the place. I wonder how IHG accepts such an unprofessional, rude behavior...

The two pictures are showing the bedsheet on the first night and on the second night.

nice weekend stay

the hotel is lovely. it is located in a quiet area and is near the lake. the rooms are comfortable and updated, the beds are nice and the food is pretty good too. The hotel has much to offer and can serve a nice weekend getaway for couples who want some quiet time but don't mind spending a night out in Princeton.
We will def come back there.

Room was very nice but the hotel smelled like chlorine from the pool. The breakfast that was included in our rate was cold eggs but the food was plentiful. Nice view from the windows we saw deer wandering around.

Great meeting space!

Amazing use of space. All staff were very attentive and were there to offer help anytime. I emailed the tech guy while in my meeting and the tech showed up 3 minutes after. We had a happy hour set up after our meeting which was nice and semi-private so our group could network. The process leading up to the meeting event was also very smooth sailing. Great service truly makes for a great venue.

Best corporate meeting space

I just have hired on to a pharmaceutical company that is located close to this hotel. The meeting space was wonderful with little to no walking time....in Vegas it might take an hour to walk to your meeting!
Victor in the Resturant/concierge lounge was full of help and the best customer service!
I hope you all can have a great onboarding meeting within this hotel!!!
One Love!
