Human Touches MISSING!
Reviewed 2 days ago

Arrived Friday, for a family and friends major activity , just after lunch closed at 2:00 PM. Not to worry they advertised room service all day, my first mistake, room service was out to lunch, leave a message they’ll get back to you, second mistake, they didn’t. I called front desk and told them of problem, I was asked to hold on, they will check it out, third mistake I believed them, they never got back to me.
Fast forward Saturday AM we all have 9:00 AM services to get to,
guess what, yep, room service & breakfast doesn’t start till 8:00 AM, and now I have my fourth mistake.
Now let’s go to their web site which say their daily rate is $139.00, and they offer triple A, senior citizen, & airline miles and even though I HAD ALL THOSE QUALIFICATIONS I received none.
Yes, the room was clean but so is the nearby MARRIOTT.

Very Good Stay

We stayed here as part of a large Family celebration. We were lucky to have an upgraded room-adequate size, clean. The carpeting could be upgraded but the lobby and common area furniture was nice. Bathroom with basic amenities and clean.
I found the staff eager to help; one staff member actually got me a cup of coffee from the staff office as I was up before the Lobby off was ready. Not the Ritz but very good for what it is supposed to be.
Would definitely make another family celebration here

Poorly maintained and bad service

I stayed at this hotel multiple times for business. Hotel is old, worn down, staff is impersonal and at times rude. Rooms are mediocre at best. Rooms are unclean with hair all over the place. During the last stay, the AC was not working and the hotel didn’t make any effort to get it repaired immediately. The only benefit is shuttle service but only two shuttles are available - if you don’t reserve in advance, you don’t have a choice and the hotel doesn’t offer courtesy cabs for their inability to provide shuttle service. Overall, for the price one pays, this hotel is mediocre at best.

It was just okay, but not worth the money

The rooms are clean and neatly made up, so no complaints about cleanliness. They gave me an adjoining room with another room which are separated by two doors. I went downstairs to ask for another room as I am very sensitive to noise, but the person at the reception told me they only have business people and I shouldn’t have a problem with noise. They should have given me another room on my request.

Drinks at the bar is expensive, so I rather went somewhere else to buy a drink. I stayed in much better hotels for much cheaper.

So this hotel is just okay, but not worth the money they charge per night.

Reliable hotel

Decent place to stay. Bedrooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. Wifi is not only free it works all the time. Staff are all friendly and prompt. Easy to reach by car, but not much in walking distance.
