Nice and comfortable

I enjoyed my stay at the Westminster. As a woman traveling alone for business, i never felt uncomfortable. My room was spacious, quiet, and nicely appointed. Breakfast downstairs was easy, even without a voucher.

Westminster Hotel

My room on the 2nd floor seemed newly renovated and very spacious. The restaurant was closed while they were bringing a new vendor. That made it inconvenient when wanting to get a meal or a drink at the bar. The front desk clerks were very nice and professional when checking in.However when I called prior to checking in the receptionist was a little rude, not very friendly.

Thank you

Recently, I met with colleagues from various states in the northeast. Some of us stayed at the Westminster Hotel and were pleased with the accommodations. The service was courteous and the rooms comfortable and reasonably spacious. Information about the hotel (restaurant, fitness room, etc) was available through the TV, but it took a while for me to discover that.

The only criticism I would offer is that while checking in, staff discussed a difficult customer in front of me and seemed distracted during the entire check-in process. I felt like I was an inconvenient interruption to their work.
