How to Get There
Wonderful Hotel Great Location easy access to New York with driving. Boat Shuttles conveniently located doorstep to numerous NYC destinations. The Entire Jersey City location affords beautifulviews of the NYC skyline and city lights are outstanding. The rooms are very clean comfortable well appointed. The rates were very reasonable given the location and proximity to NYC. Found the entire area very safe to walk and enjoy the views and numerous restaurants all within walking distance.I definitely will return again.
Been coming here for years. Staff always friendly and will try their best if they don't hv the answer right away. Room service is surprisingly great. Views of Manhattan are better than if you were there - at about 59-60% the cost. My favorite way over is the NY Waterway Ferry to Brookfield Place. But Path train to Freedom Tower is literally next door.
Sorry to say hat you made this a horrible start of our holiday. We had prepaid our stay with you along with many other costs common to travel. Upon arrival we where told that a 100 USD deposit would suddenly apply. Well, not wanting to be bothering you about it we said okay. Well fine, but we didn't say okay to 100 USD PER NIGHT in deposit.
Today we have a saturday and are left with 200 USD until earliest monday before being able to get our other funds and accounts. You charged us 600USD (!) in deposit on a prepaid hotel and that is not acceptable. The point to prepay travels is to have a plan on costs and fees. Especially when travel with children.
After discussion with lovely manager we still couldn't have this issue solved by you. It was not one hour ago you charged us but you told us we must call our bank in our country together with you on site just to then be told that it would take four days to get the money back. I told you that our bank cannot do anything about YOUR charge that is up to you to release what you withheld. I guess you doesn't bother. We could also not read anything of any deposit policy on our booking.
A all in all... we cannot thank you for destroying our start on our short New York holiday days. This will never be forgotten.
Great accommodations, great staff, and right next to the PATH station for quick and very convenient access to NYC. Nothing could make for a better week!I try to stay there whenever I can. Wish they would offer free breakfast like the Hyatt House, but nonetheless, it is a great place.
Great location, close to trains and ferries to NYC. Great views of the Hudson and New York City from the restaurant, very nice breakfast.
Staff is great, very friendly-- Amentari was very helpful, she fixed my reservation and I thank her for going above and beyond.
