How to Get There
Wow! This was one of the nicest B&B I’ve seen or stayed at. Sheila and Bill make you feel right at home. Scenic lake and mountain views from all of the rooms. Only a few to choose from. Enjoy! A must see! Picture is from our room bed first thing in the morning. The breakfast was so personal and to die for. Woke up to the smell of bacon each morning. Heaven on earth!
First time staying at an Inn:
After booking the room for a couple days I got a call from Sheila asking me many questions as to my comfort and food/health requirements. After asking in amazement as to why all this data is needed the reply was “I want your stay here to be the best experience you ever had” Who does this?
Bill + Sheila greeted us and gave us the tour.
In the morning Bill is busy cooking an earthy crunchy health food breakfast that is amazingly delicious.
I would highly recommend the oatmeal bake. (Very good)
Staying at coppertoppe was just like staying at your brother or sisters house where they love and care for you. We woke in the morning went down stairs to a beautiful panoramic view of a pristine lake and forest. I was mesmerize and mellowed the whole time looking at the view.
I've missed out not staying in Inn's more often but I doubt they all pay attention to detail as much as this one......Enjoy. AL + Carol Hebert
Was looking to get away for a couple nights after Christmas and this was the perfect place. Bill and Sheila are great hosts and company. They make you feel welcome and enjoy sharing their beautiful home and views, The breakfasts were outstanding and Sheila's joy in cooking showed in her cooking class. The Garnet bedroom and bathroom were huge with stunning views. Look forward to staying and talking with Bill and Sheila again.
Sheila and Bill are great! They really care about the experience of their guests and it shows. We were given a pretty good run through of the accommodations and felt very at home and comfortable with the general environment. Endless snacks, tea/coffee, movies, and books which is always good. They are also great to talk to whether it’s about local attractions or just general chit chat. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and hospitality provided!
Bill and Shelia generously offered the entire Inn to Veterans for the night before Veterans Day, which they do every year. We stayed in the Garnet room which is the large king suite and it couldn't have been better. The room is huge and the attached bathroom is enormous with a two person jaccuzi tub and a shower big enough to bathe a small elephant! There is also a private deck off the bedroom as well as off the bathroom. Come hungry for the included breakfast which was delicious and i included fresh fruit, pastries and breads, an egg frittata dish and two breakfast meats. Cereal and snacks are available 24 hours a day. The view is amazing from any room. We can't wait to return during the summer so we can enjoy the outdoor hot tube and the garden swing to watch the sunset!
