Recharged hotel rooms

Pleasantly surprised by the renovated rooms as it represented the current interior design trend very well. Lighter shade for all carpet, wallpaper and fixtures commands a congratulation to the interior designers.
One thing that needs to be done, whether the downtown core warrants it or not, is the outdated lobby. The lobby is tired and old and needs an uplift as it is still in the 70's.
Sorry, the 80's is more appropriate, I had to go back this far to nudge the management to refresh the facility.
Otherwise, had a good sleep and missed the breakfast joint at the lobby....don't know what is going on as place is boarded up. All in all, Reno DT is slowly evolving into a new gathering spot. The crowd is slowly changing too. Need some badly energized patrons with money to spend. Or else, everyone is going go LV .

High floor with View

Renovated rooms with amenities. Rooms were cleaned each day and amenities replenished. Bed was excellent with lots of pillows. You felt safe with the Security desk located before you entered the elevator by showing your room key.

Great hotel!

My husband and I stayed here on our way (drive) to Vegas. The hotel was really nice. Nice rooms, affordable restaurants and bars and the staff was really friendly. We liked the historic look and decor. I would definitely stay there again.
