Wow - A Decor that Impresses the Guest
Reviewed 3 days ago

We spent the night here and this place is an excellent choice if you are in Reno. The location is great, right off the river and downtown. The decor of the hallway and rooms were done in the form of an artist. Additionally, the sweet fragrance and the coffee shop welcomed you to the reception desk. Valet was a little slow and unprofessional but I still think this place is worth 5 stars.

Noisy, poorly maintained....not a place to return to.

Traveled with a tour of active seniors. We all agreed that our rooms left much to be desired: no actual door to the bathroom, a hanging moveable section...not conducive to any privacy. Decor dark, invites the blues! One of the windows did not close tightly, let in road noise. My room service consisted of an employee bringing a paper shopping bag with each ordered item in a plastic container....not what i had expected... unable to use their restaurant due to super loud “music”, and not my kind either. In all, not a pleasant stay.

One overnight in Reno

Fantastic hotel in downtown Reno on the Truckee River. Modern rooms and hip decor in the lobby. Breakfast was served in the lobby restaurant, overlooking the river. Pet friendly. Close to restaurant, riverfront art and entertainment. Less than 10 min trip to the airport.

Clean and Modern
Reviewed 5 days ago

Stayed here on business and was a little concerned at first due to the reviews, but after arriving and actually staying, I can honestly say that I will stay here again in the future. The facility is extremely clean inside and outside as well. Parking just keep in mind it is valet only and $15 bucks a day (24/7) access to your car at all times and was actually kind of nice.

The staff were highly professional and helpful with my check-in and additional needs such as more coffee packs and towels. There is a restaurant/bar that is very nice with half price food and drinks between 2-6. My room was very nice and clean with a very modern feel and quiet atmosphere. Must stay and is worth the cost.

Relaxing Hotel

This hotel is located downtown Reno and close to the baseball field. Has restaurants overseeing the river with live music on certain days. The customer service was great and the hotel looks exceptional. The room I got was an upgrade and was extremely well done. My only negative is charge for parking. I always drop ratings for this additional charge. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and definitely stay here again.

Note: you can rent bikes from the hotel. I believe about $6.
