A fun Getaway
Reviewed 5 hours ago

A great place to just take a break from the stresses of life, whether you want to take advantage of the great spa services, lounge by the pools, feed your inner child (and/or entertain the kiddos) at the arcade or try your luck in the casino. Always have a great time and enjoy/appreciate the friendly staff.

A nice weekend getaway
Reviewed 5 days ago

My partner and I regularly go to Reno and this is our favorite place to stay. The rooms are all nice whether it's a regular room or one of their suites. The beds and pillows make for really good sleep. The pool area is nice in the summer and the spa is one of my favorite activities. The gambling is good but not great. We wish they had some more variety with the slot machines and it gets pretty packed on the weekends. We prefer going during the week when we need a break from city life.

Awesome stay!

My girlfriend and I stayed here and awesome experience - fitness center, sauna, steam room, sportsbook, casino - TOTALLY GREAT! We especially enjoyed the pool and fitness center - the best we have been in by far. We will definitely stay here again!

Ok - outdated

There was nothing truly "wrong" with this resort however, it is definitely not 5 star or even 4 star for that matter.
I was very unimpressed with the room for the price we paid.
The room resembled an 80's cheap Italian knock off.
The casino area is very choppy with low ceilings and outdated decor.

All in all, it was clean and wasn't horrible but I was expecting much more.

Excellent Conference
Reviewed 6 days ago

I am a meeting planner, but I attended a conference at the Peppermill as a participant. The facilities were beautiful, perfectly sized for each event, and very clean. Catering staff were efficient, professional, and friendly when approached. The rooms and public bathrooms were opulent in grand casino fashion. Oceano was an excellent restaurant with a kitchy, fun light blue and white color scheme. The cioppino was amazing. Prices for food and drinks were casino appropriate. Walking through clouds of cigarette smoke dulled my experience a bit, but I was able to mostly avoid being stuck near a smoker for very long. Spa prices over the weekend were prohibitive but weekday specials were in line with other spa experiences I have had.
