How to Get There
I stayed here as part of an event and was totally underwhelmed by the experience. About half the elevators were broken leading to 10-20 min waits to get back up to my room. Apparently there were laundry issues too, cause I was refused fresh towels when I asked and told they were having problems with their dryer. The floor of my room was sticky and there was huge globs of hair in the shower from a previous guest. To top it all off, they hit you with a $35/night "resort fee" to cover things like the pool they kept closing due to the weather. Would not stay here again.
Our stay at the Grand Sierra resort was excellent The rooms were clean the service was great the staff was friendly everything you could possibly need or want was right there in the hotel definitely recommended to my friends and family
Not a good service at all!!! Booked the hotel 2 mos ahead for concierge 2 queen but when we got there, none is available and then say 1st come 1st serve service!!!! Instead what they gave us is regular smoking queen room . They cannot give me a difference of what i paid for because it was booked to a third party!!Not cool at all!!! What’s the purpose of booking ahead? Isnt it to guarantee that you get what you choose? I get it that the hotel is busy because its holiday but that is not the way to treat your customer. Ive been to other 3-4 star hotel during holiday season and i ‘ve never experience like this before!
I will never stay here again
Spent last weekend here with my family though we all went off and did our own things. I gambled a bit and enjoyed it, had a good cocktail waitress both nights, think her name was Riley. Room was nice could have had more coffee but overall great time.
We went to the Lex Night club to see Genuine perform and we received amazing service from China Doll. She made sure that all of our needs were met... She truly went above and beyond and is the true definition of customer service..
