How to Get There
This is the only place I have ever stayed in Reno with exception of a time share. We have never had any issues with the hotel staff or rooms
We arrived late on Friday and only had a minor issue upon check in. We originally booked a luxury room for us and a deluxe room for our daughter. Check in told us they did not have these rooms available as we requested the same floor. NOT TRUE!! They said they were putting us in superior rooms which we were told were better than the rooms booked. My only complaint, as these rooms were Identical accross the hall, we were charged different rates. As the hotel put us in these rooms, I thought that the rooms should have been the same rate. Rooms at least had a fridge.
The other issue we had was the players cards fot the casino. Since the Eldorado took over all three hotels, they have gone to one players card for all three. This meant we lost our gold card status!!! AND there is now and experation on comps earned. This seems unfair to those of us that come if for mens AND womens national EVERY time they are in Reno.
We should have at least got to keep our previous status on players cards. Also a little disappointed that the treasures of the Eldorado was gone. I bragged this up to my daughter since she isn't a big gambler, and thought she might enjoy this for the coupons etc.
Nice room, not real clean. Remodeling going on, woke up to hammering at 1am. Would stay there again when they are finished. Very conveinent to restaurants and casinos. Excellent food. The Cin Cin bar is great for happy hour. The bartenders are very friendly there.
Rooms newly renovated, spacious and clean, comfortable stay.
Disappointed with buffet. It used to be fresh, tasty with variety, but now you can feel it’s totally non attractive with poor selections, “couldn’t careless type of cooking” and worse than Circus Circus!
This is my favorite place to stay in Reno. Make your reservations by phone or omline thru ElDorado. If you use a third party you could be bumped over to Circus Circus. I got such a cheap rate elsewhere so they pushed us to Circus Circus to get more money for the room I had at ElDorado.
Great valet service, housekeeping, check in and out. Our room was very nice with a fridge, coffee maker, tv, ac, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. We had room service for breakfast one morning and it arrived fast and exactly as we ordered. A bit noisy at night, but our room was close to the elevators, so to be expected. The casino was bright and clean, we didn’t win, but only lost a little. The hotel is located right downtown with many places in walking distance. Inside the casino we had a nice dinner at Brew Brothers and cocktails at Roxy. Both places were great.
