Friendly staff, comfortable room, amazing facilities. Clean, and frozen margaritas are stunning. Good location, good value food. Happy all round!!
Wish I could visit for every birthday, got a free chocolate bar at check in. Sometimes it’s the little things

Getting a room is difficult but it's worth it

Booked months in advance and still had to wait hours for the room. The room was awesome and the customer service was great! Love the location. Nyny has the best food places too. I recommend this hotel.

Good value

The New York style buildings and the Roller coaster give It a cool vibe. It was a good value for the price if you want a “theme hotel”, but don’t expect too much.
The room was very big and clean, maybe a bit outdated. We had the Madison Avenue Two Queen with View, that I was afraid it might be too noisy, but it was fine (floor 27).
It has good variety of eating options, and the arcade is a good add for those who doesn’t love casinos, like me. The roller coaster is also good, a bit rough tough and quite expensive for just a ride.
Check in was not good, the room wasn’t ready and although we had the mobile check in the machines didn’t work and we have to wait at the front desk, which was always very slow, no matter what day and time.

We stayed in this hotel for our anniversary. Very clean with all mod cons. Easy location to strip. Lots of choice of restaurants and prices available. Only downside is the SMOKING allowed almost everywhere.

New York feel in Las Vegas

The reason we chose this resort was the location on The Strip. We stayed in the Empire State Building section. The room looked out onto the T Mobile parking lot so not much of a view. Although the room was clean, it was nothing special and was in desperate need of updating. The casino floor was smoke filled so we didn't spend any time there, however of course you have to walk through to get out. The parkade was easy to get into and never a problem finding a spot. The main floor cobblestone walkway through many themed restaurants and bars gave an illusion of New York City. The piano bar was always so busy you couldn't even get inside! Overall this was a nice vacation however some renovations would improve the resort considering the cost of rooms.
