How to Get There
Park MGM has such an amazing staff, restaurants, and entertainment! My experience was phenomenal! Everywhere I turned the staff seemed to know it was my birthday! The restaurant sent up to my room these amazing cake pops, I received extra $ free play on the slots, and the room service was amazing
Great location, great rooms, great food. I always stay there and I always will. Completely rennovated, new restaurant and services. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is conventiently located in the middle of the strip, close to everything.
We stayed four nights at this hotel. The location is very nice, next to the MGM Grand, the New-York and the T-Mobile Arena. The room was nice. It was renovated and comfortable, with a nice view on the Strip. The lobby and the casino are less spectacular than other hotels and more conventional. There are a couple of bars and pubs, but if you are looking for action, you might want to go to another casino.
We have stayed here on several occasions in the past and decided to book a room for four nights while we saw Lady Gaga (who was spectacular). We were quite disappointed. On the plus side, the renovated rooms were bright, clean and updated, the bed was comfortable, the TV was large with lots of channel choices the towels were excellent and the rate is substantially less than some of the higher end competitors. On the negative side, the spartan room lacked a coffee maker, a refrigerator and even drawers to store clothing, like socks and underwear. Walls are thin and we were kept awake by noise from the neighboring room and we could hear the drapes being opened and closed from a room either above or below us. They now charge a daily parking fee of $15 and of course add on that typical Las Vegas "resort fee". We will probably stay here in the future, because of the hotel's good location and relatively reasonable rates, but staying here was not a perfect experience.
Very delayed check in.Would never stay again. MGM Grand staff is so much better. Air did not work. Traveled all day room not ready for 6 hours. Worst experience in vegas so far. Should have read reviews before room was booked
