How to Get There
I went to Las Vegas for the 1st time for business & pleasure however the room was not up to par. No coffee. Not clean. The floor clean & there was hair in the bathroom in multiple places. The shower was not clean.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bell desk was very accommodating and made renting a mobility scooter very seamless. Valet service was prompt and very attentive. I will definitely recommend Park MGM to others.
Had a quick business meeting at the property. $18 for two hours in the valet, and to top it off they were very slow in getting the car back. It wasn’t busy and now I see why. This is not a place to stop at, maybe if you have a deal at the hotel it would be better but as far as going there as a stop for the evening I’d avoid this place.
I’ve stayed at the Park MGM twice now and both times I’ve been very happy with the stay. Check in/out is a breeze. Great location in relation to the other hotels/casinos. Dining options are pretty expansive and delicious. Beds are comfy, house keeping is super nice, showers have amazing water pressure. Prices are among the most affordable I’ve seen each time I look for hotels in the strip. Great place to stay, definitely recommend.
Stayed in the Park MGM (the old Monte Carlo). There are a lot of parts under construction (like two of the three wings on my floor.) and some minor inconveniences because of that. My room was clean, the bathroom and shower were very good, but the beds are low to the floor and the pillows are very thick. The casino seems small, not many table games, I can't imagine how they manage a weekend (I was there Mon - Thur.) The sportsbook might as well not exist, it doesn't open until 3 pm. Check in and check out were easy and staff was on hand to help.
I did notice a large Conference Center, it might be a good place for business meetings.
