Look online for discounts!
Reviewed 22 hours ago

I spent two days here to evaluate the property as a candidate for an annual Veterans Day reunion for a Navy Submarine Crew....I was hoping to partner with these guys to return every year as the place has great rooms, casino, restaurants, etc., and our group wouldn't have to leave the property. Having said that, these guys had no intention of offering any discounts and the sales department rep actually said to me "try the MGM Grand or some other property with more rooms. After all, this IS a business". Another questionable event happened regarding a Groupon.....I presented a Groupon certificate at check-in which I was not able to use during the promotional timeframe. The dollar value of the Groupon, however, is always valid and I was assured by the girl at the counter the dollar figure would be deducted from my bill. Two days later at check-out, no deduction from the Groupon appears anywhere on my bill. The guy checking us out made a few trips back to see "the manager" and after a tap dancing BS story, the bottom line is your hotel screwed me out of $119.....On a positive note, the room was great even though it's a LONG WALK from the parking garage, the casino was great, the restaurants were overpriced, but overall, a better experience than I've had on The Strip. BUT, the other hotels know how to manage a guest's account and never finessed me out of money.

Nice Rooms

Rooms are nicely decorated and furnished. No coffee maker or microwave oven if you like to make coffee or use microwave. We asked for a quiet room and we were assigned a room right at the entrance casino for the first night. We did not have a restful sleep the first night. The next night we were reassigned to another room which was more quiet. This is a V shaped structure and one the wings is near freeway which you may try to avoid. After all one may stay at this hotel if you want to get away from the noise of the strip. Staff are over-all courteous and very helpful. Buffett food is tasteless but cheap. We would not return to this hotel unless we have very limited choice.

I'm a regular

I always enjoy the large rooms and open style. I don't like the somewhat confusing layout and the extra distances needed to get around inside of the resort. The steakhouse is excellent, and has one of the best martinis in Vegas.

Great Buffet great spot.

I used to live in Henderson from 2009 to 2012, in the Seven Hills area not far from here. They’ve got more than just the Casino Floor and the Resort. They’ve also got a world class restaurant which offers a buffet. Took my Fiancé to the Las Vegas area for the first time. First morning there, we went to Green Valley with my Stepdad and the food was to die for. The staff are what you’d expect from a world class resort such as this. They’re just like the Wynn and the MGM locates on the strip in terms of staff quality and food quality. I recommend their breakfast buffet which blows any other buffet you’ve ever been to out of the water. Next time we visit from Charlotte, this will be on the list again. Bet on it.

Fairly Nice but....

Was here for business gathering did not utilize spa facilities. Nice rooms, fairly roomy, property well maintained. Walls are thin, cell service is terrible. Registration does not volunteer Wi-Fi access codes. Charge more for premium Wi-Fi. A bowl of Jumbalaya at the Tide is $24 for dinner, advertise cheaper at entrance of the restaurant (Lunch Prices).
