How to Get There
Very friendly staff and great games. Very helpful when needed. The room when we stayed there was very clean and orderly. Have stayed twice in the past couple of months .I'm very pleased and looking forward to spending more time there plus the buffet is great
This is a must stay. Of all the casinos I have stayed in the M tops them all in Vegas. The fresh aroma revitalize you apon entering the casino. I was totally impressed by the floor layout when entering.
The lobby is bright welcoming, and fresh. No smoke smell. The only basic room is impressive. The only thing missing is a frige. Bed, bathroom are well designed and comfortable.
Comfortable furniture in room and spacious.
Casino floor is spacious and not crowded, service is excellent. No loud intoxicated individuals to contend with. If this is a secret casino, I hope it remains so.
You earn comp at a reasonable rate for your spending dollars.
Food is excellent at all restaurants.
Can't wait for our next visit.
If u go to Vegas this worth your time to visit and have a meal.
I stayed at the M Resort and Spa for a business trip. The conference area is very nice and the food provided for conference members was actually very good (usually this isn’t the case at conferences).
The resort was very beautiful. My king bed room was one of the best I’ve stayed in with a huge bathroom, two sinks, water closet, shower and bath tub. The bed was extremely comfortable. They did have one of those refrigerators where if you took anything out you were charged for it. It would have been nice to be able to use the refrigerator for personal use.
The people staying at the resort were mostly from an older crowd. There were very few children. The casino was a decent size, not overly big but well protected with security.
The spa prices were very high and hotel guests had to pay an extra $20 access fee to go there and use their services.
Pros of this resort:
It had larger than normal spaces so you didn’t feel like you were squeezed in with thousands of people.
It was very very clean
They had a great deli, bakery, and burger bar.
It smelled good. So many places on the strip are stinky.
No beggars anywhere near. They keep them away.
There is a seafood buffet on Friday and Saturday night. I didn’t go but think the cost was $48 per person.
Free shuttle to and from airport.
Cons for this resort:
It is far away from the strip. It will take about 15 minutes to get to the strip and about $22 via Uber (one way). This is an added expense. The hotel does offer a shuttle to and from resort to Tropicana 4 times per day. The times aren’t very convenient and if it’s crowded you may not get a seat.
There is absolutely nothing around this hotel. It’s kind of like being in a combine. It might be better in summer when you can enjoy the beautiful pool.
The sports bar was very small and seating uncomfortable. The staff working there was very unfriendly. They also have a sports betting area with single station TVs for betting.
I guess it really depends on what you want out of your trip... whether you will like the hotel or not.
I had no expectations for staying at the M. I believe having no expectations put my guard down and allowed me to experience the hotel for its WOW factor.
The minute you walk into the lobby you catch yourself saying "wow!" It's grand decor and stature give a sense of "we're not in Kansas anymore." The experience from check in was excellent and they had me all through check in within minutes.
I found my room easily and was surprised by how nice and clean it was. The bathroom was large, had a bathtub and separate walk in shower. The bed was very comfortable, the views of the strip were pretty. The only thing it was missing was a coffee maker in the room.
We ate at Burgers and Brews which was delicious. It's a fun spot to hang out at and the service staff were incredibly nice and on top of it.
I look forward to my next stay at the M Resort.
Went here last night....down at the end of the strip but with the drive. Beautiful hotel and casino. The buffet was one of the best I have ever had in las vegas. The choices were amazing and at $24 it was a steal compared to some of the other buffets now in vegas.
