How to Get There
The property is charging you for nonsense... The people at the concierge are so rude , they make there own rules .. they will not allow you to take your liquor inside room, NO VISITORS ALLOWED in guest room, you can't order food from outside, etc
..... It's a bit wierd when you are staying in a so called good property, and you have to answer for each and everything at the concierge.. they didn't even allow visitors for just 15 minutes who came all the way to see us on our anniversary.. sorry but my worst experience till date
For a super luxurious property and apparently a leading hotel of the world (which I would very much question), I certainly expected much better service, effectiveness and competency.
I had many negative incidents over my 8 day stay with them. Although I must complement the staff for trying their best to turn around my experience for the better, considering the rating and cost of this hotel, the overall experience has left a very bitter taste in my mouth.
We spent 2 years in Lodhi Hotel. It was a wonderful experience to have competent people who where taking care of us. Promila, who was kindly assigned by the General Manager Mr. Vikram, was an amazing help to make our lives in India easy.
In the same time we also appreciate the work that the housekeeping did. Special thank you to Krishna, Nandam and Mamita. All of you did a wonderful work.
Vinay who works in sales , was with us from the beginning until the end.
Finally we did not get annoyed as they proposed a lot activities. Thank you to Bhumi to train me so hard
