Great Value, Clean, Quiet, Attractive

This is our 2nd trip to Napa. Last time we stayed in Yountville at an upscale boutique hotel which was very nice. The Cottages are quiet different, but I prefer the experience at the cottages.

First of y’all , the location isn’t in the middle of a town. It’s not somewhere you will walk from store to tasting room to restaurant like in Yountville. That being said, all the trees and landscaping, along with being surrounded by vineyards and down the road from a handful of single family dwellings means you get a very quiet setting.

Next, the staff were very pleasant. We were welcomed with an actually delicious Chardonnay from a nearby winery.

The cottage (#3) was just far enough from the main road you could barely hear any car traffic while outside in the day time. At night time, you wouldn’t know the Napa highway was fairly close. I definitely couldn’t bear it while inside at night time.

The staff pointed out the 2 specific bottles of wine in our unit that were NOT complimentary. Everything else in the unit was free - coffee, creamer, butter, Kind bars, etc.

With the kitchenette we were able to boil water for their provided French press, eat our Bouchon pastries, etc.

We didn’t take advantage of the free use of the bikes and the like, but those amenities are there. We did enjoy using our chiminea for s’mores, and the fact the staff cleaned and restocked it the following day.

There is a high likelihood we’ll stay there in a year or two when we return to Napa Valley.

The Cottages of Napa Valley are a must see and do. A truly unique Napa experience that will add to a trip to wine country. The cottages are beautifully appointed and everything is at you fingertips. The owner Mike and his team thrive on making a memorable experience. This place is a gem!!! Do not miss out ion the opportunity to enjoy one of the unique cabins. The beds are extraordinary and the wooden location makes for a quiet and peaceful retreat.

Charming, well maintained property

Great staff, charming cottages, well maintained. Fresh baked goods delivered to your front porch every morning. Lovely compound with lush gardens and greenery. Complete kitchenettes with welcome wine. The heated bathroom floor was delightful.
