Amazing stay!

It's been a while and I've been busy and finally had some time to write about my trip with my family in August 2019!

This was a family trip with hubby and 2 teenagers and booked for 5 days. We were greeted by Ghokan who was polite, professional and extremely helpful and took time to explain hotel amenities and additional costs to include alcohol, snacks at the pool and beach bar cafe. The additional supplement from memory was 50EUR per day per adult and 25EUR per child which I found to be extremely expensive!

Bad Points:-
The drinks are expensive and there is no wine or beer that is served with dinner. The choices of wine at dinner are expensive and low quality. Also, soft drinks are also at and additional cost!

We opted for full board and wish we hadn't! While the food was plentiful it wasn't of great quality, repetitive and also not labelled! I have to say that they did serve specials at the evening meals such as fresh fish and grilled meat which was good!

No room service and ice buckets have to be requested from bar and are not always available!

Great points!

Hotel only has accommodates 100 guests, no requirement to claim any sunbeds by the beach or pool, extremely clean and you get the lux feel of being someone special!

Lots of spaces to relax, rooms clean and spacious!

All the staff are great special mention to Ghokan, Ali Gok - asset to any hotel, Adnan and Esra Durmaz (spa)

The spa ha mam is a must and it's by far the best I've had with a massage table that overlooks the Algean Sea.

Clientele are how to say this without sounding like a snob - 'upmarket!' Couples, not too many kids from European countries and Turks. There is no rush to the buffet, hogging of sunbeds and I think appeals to a higher level of clientele!

Whilst I like to try new places would love to come back and stay at this hotel.

Thank you Ghokan and team for making this a very memorable stay!

Extremely great service. Very kind staff. Beautiful property. Best stay in Bodrum. Every room has a beautiful ocean view of the Algean sea. Adnan constantly accommodated us on the beach and kept making sure we were comfortable and having a good time. The staff even went out and filled my oversized floatie with air at a local gas station 5 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Turkish hospitality, but lacking in English language

We were fortunate to come during the October quieter season, where there was plenty of space, beautiful scenery, three levels to choose from where to hang out. Out on the jetty, by the coast, up a level by the pool and up again on the four poster sun bed.

There was one waiter who went above and beyond and could speak English, his name was Taner, he was the most attentive and welcoming member of staff. Also the house-keeping ladies spoke English but not the male waiters.

The dinners served were a great variety, including grill, we thoroughly enjoyed the sea bream and chicken on grill. However breakfast options could be improved, with less variety but better specific traditional breakfast options for different countries, such as Full english breakfast, mainly bacon, and smoked salmon, with a different recipe for croissants to the ones served at the moment, ideally both pain au chocolate and standard croissant. A few porridge option (we saw one on one day, and it was poor tasting). Nice traditional Turkish breakfast options were the Halva and Turkish delight, and Chai served with fresh mint. Also water melon would have been nice in addition to melon.

Our room was very spacious with beautiful scenic views of the islands and sea, however the bathroom drains left a permanent stink, regardless of us leaving the ventilation on permanently. Some things needed attention, like the mosquito net that kept derailing, and the rubber soles on the metallic balcony chairs which had all fell off and not been replaced, so the stools made a horrible scratching noise when moved gently.

Overall we were very pleased with the hotel and would return again, but hope the staff will speak a better level of English and that all furniture is maintained and fixed as close to it's original condition.

We had a wonderful time in the spa, booking the Hammam, Cleopatra and Thai massage, the female and male therapists were good. But I don't believe staff should smoke in the spa, even in their staff kitchen within the spa, as all the cigarette smoke filled the chill out area and sauna area. The hotel is called a spa hotel, but it is a level below in comparison to the maintenance of the rest of the hotel.

It’s ok I guess

Looking for a romantic holiday getaway this seemed just the ticket and we booked a ‘superior suite’ for 9 nights and ending up leaving after 5 (refund asked for but not given).
It’s not such a bad place, just a bit... soulless.
The suite is designed so you can never see the sky and never get sunshine in the room, so you have no idea what it is like ‘out there’ when you are in your room.
The location is next to a VERY busy road and you need to get a taxi or a bus to get anywhere.
Staff were ok and so was breakfast, but.. ‘Ultimate Honeymoon Destination’? Nah!

We are leaving tomorrow and my heart is already 💔 this place is one of the best places I have ever been to. Starting from views and fairytale villas, finishing with amazing fresh absolutely tasty food and staff, who are all so nice and friendly, that you feel like you have been living here for 10 years and they are all your lovely neighbours, happy to help with anything at any time.

I'm absolutely in love with the view (but to be fair it s not hard to find a place with the nice view in this coast), and in love with the design of the whole hotel. Grounds are beautiful and cosy, full of pretty stairs and flowers and olive and pine trees (if you re not fit, u will be fit after walking up and down few times a day hahaha). Everything is made so smart and with love, not just like hundreds of hotels which are look exactly the same.

Beach is not sandy but I actually liked it better, as no sand everywhere and when it s windy it s still very comfortable to lay down and enjoy the sun. There are few stairs to use to get to the sea, which is more comfortable than I thought it would be. Beach area have usual sunbeds and soft sofa beds, which are super cosy and you actually can spend the whole day there, as you have showers, towels, snack bar, where you can get a Turkish tea and coffee and I assume cocktails at any time and have salads or PIDE (Turkish pizza).

Every breakfast, lunch and dinner there is a very good choice of different food, I'm sure everyone can find something for their taste, always few types of meat, side dishes, salads, fruits and deserts. Obviously unlimited Tea☕

Rooms are super nice, with mini bar changed every day, marble bathrooms and cute embroidered towels and bathroom accessories from Missoni (loved it ❤️)

And the last and THE MOST IMPORTANT bit is excellent staff! Those people made our holidays so easy and nice and treat everyone like Kings, super welcoming and super friendly. Ready to help you with any request you have, day or night.

Thank you so much for one of the best holidays I ever had! ❤️❤️❤️
