How to Get There
Just spent another great week at Casa Isabella. Never ever fails to enchant! The grounds are stunning, the rooms so clean and comfortable, the food is delicious, and one can eat so many different places on the site. Staff here is so professional and helpful with everything from booking taxis to arranging for tours. A pretty jacuzzi, spa, and pool add to the beauty. Views are unique and relaxing. The little town is 10 minutes away and features cool little shops and crafts. A day or two spent in Mexico City is an awesome way to round out the trip. Mexican hospitality is unbeaten and so genuine!
I am so glad my boyfriend and I chose to stay at Casa Isabella for our two-night trip to Tepoztlan and my only regret is we didn't have the foresight to stay longer! The service was truly impeccable and we felt completely taken care of from the moment we arrived until the moment we left by every single person on staff. The views are gorgeous and it's fun to be able to choose to eat your meals wherever you want on the property. The pool area is serene and relaxing. The decor is unique and has you living amidst a personal collection of beautiful antiques, which adds a lot of character. The massage therapists were real pros and the spa is spotlessly clean. It was the perfect complement to the three days we spent in bustling Mexico City prior to arriving in Tepoztlan. I am an avid traveler and work in the tourism industry so I rarely return to stay at the same properties but I would make an exception for Casa Isabella. Thanks again for such a wonderful experience!
Everything starts When you enter the hotel! Everything was beyond expected for us, the views, the DETAILS! The place is filled with so much love. The service is fantastic - you almost never notice that they are nearby, but whenever you need them - you have all their attention. The food is exquisite. My ever favorite hotel so far!
From our arrival we felt welcomed by all of the staff, there were lots of amenities and wonderful details in all our weekend, the staff was always there to please our needs. great food and presentation. Beautiful place for our aniversary.
I stayed at Casa Isabella for a long weekend and could not fault it! The surroundings, the weather, the service and the relaxing environment. It's a small hotel with less than 10 rooms. What makes the stay here special and memorable is the staff. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and relaxed. The hotel itself is set in beautiful surroundings. Every day I ate lunch/dinner somewhere new as their ethos is for you to dine wherever you want and not have to be in a restaurant environment. One morning I had breakfast in the garden gazebo, whilst having a mani/pedi. It was heavenly! I would also highly recommend the spa. Very professional with a broad range of good treatments.
