How to Get There
This Hotel is well kept. The roses, flowers and grounds are beautiful. The bed and pillows are so comfortable. Great for your dogs. Esteban restaurant is a great place to eat especially if you don't feel like going out. The convenience of walking everywhere is great with lots of restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops and brewery places.
Have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the years mostly for business. It is generally affordable and reasonably comfortable. Unfortunately, this time I had a voucher to use, which requires that you to contact the 800 number to make a reservation. Upon giving the reservation representative the voucher number, she said that the number doesn't conform to their number of digits and should not have any dashes even though that is how it is presented on the Voucher xx-xxx-xx. Therefore, she was not able to be helpful and implied that the voucher was not authentic. Do these representatives receive any training at all on how to treat people on the phone trying to make a reservation? Why not just allow people to input the voucher number online and avoid the attitude!
We stayed or one night at this hotel. It is a motel style accommodation with parking outside your room door. We had room #234 which was on the second floor, but there were no elevators so it was hard carrying your bags upstairs.
The room had pretty decor. 2 comfortable queen beds and a small bathroom. The room was clean and quiet. Good pressure in the shower. Driving around the hotel is a bit confusing as it is only one way, so we had to drive out onto the main road to re-enter the property again. We did not have breakfast with our stay. We walked a short distance to the main street and went to a nice brewery that night. We would stay here again as it is clean, modern and walking distance to the main part of town.
