How to Get There
We had amazing service & help in planning a surprise birthday dinner/stay for my girlfriend’s 50th!
The restaurant Estéban’s is top notch. Great menu & fantastic food! The double Queen room with fireplace was cozy.
I work in the area sometimes and am so glad I found this place. Matt at the front desk is very helpful for helping someone who doesn't know the area to figure out their day. He helped plot out my meals outside of work and made some amazing suggestions for leisure activities.
Since I usually just stay in business class rooms this time I thought I'd treat myself to a nice fireplace. Totally worth it. Renovations look really nice and the neighborhood around the hotel is very quiet. I wasn't sure about the pool because of the weather but I think it's nice it was heated.
Security, housekeepers, everybody is always smiliing and saying hello. They even have hotel cats! How fun is that?
I booked a stay at this hotel and within an hour I realized We were unable to go that day. I went to cancel and there was a $25 cancelation fee. I read about the cancelation fee, but thought it was after March 4th not any time before. I called the hotel and they would not waive the fee. Seriously, my reservation was for less than one hour. Very poor business.
The restaurant inside the hotel is beautiful and intimate. The bartender Anna made awesome drinks and Rolondo the chef provided a delicious meal. I would highly recommend stopping by for drinks and dinner.
Perfect location and spot for those who travel with dogs. Wife and I made a quick weekend trip from San Francisco and really liked this place.
Hotel is very nice, pet friendly rooms are all on first floor, pretty size able dog grass area.
Hotel is perfectly located, if you want to go to Pier or Cannery row it’s a short drive and if you want to head to Carmel-By-The-Sea or farther down, the highway is right next to the hotel. Takes at most 10 minutes to head to Carmel.
Only downgrade I’ll say is that the walls are extremely thin. On the first floor you can hear all the bags rolling, above floors, doors open and closing so as a pro-trip I’d sleep to the door farthest from the door.
Overall, I would definitely stay here again.
