How to Get There
We are visiting this hotel for many years and we were satisfied.
There are lately some years where the employee attitude is not the same and the hospitality we use to have is not any more there. In addition we were given a room with such noise from a nearby construction that we were not able to get some rest.
This was horrific and when we asked to be given a quiet room we then have not been treated the way we should . The employee was rude and had not provide us with alternatives
We will not stay at that hotel again
I went there with a whole let of fellow work colleagues,it was lovely, the lagoon was superb, although I can't comment about the restaurants as most things were preplanned for us,I did order room service once and it was lovely.
Quiet room, excellent service, amazing pool. Free and reliable WiFi (but you can pay for more)
Almost all room have a sea view (on the garden or directly)
One cool thing was a « chair » in the elevator. I never saw this in other hotels and I liked it.
I was in October and the full pool (the « lagoon ») was not opened, indeed it is opened based on the number of guests in the hotel. The only opened part was an indoor and outdoor pool which is compared to other hotels large and luxury. You have not to provide your room number when entering in the pool which is unusual and I liked it (the access to the locker room requires the room card).
There are actions against global warming (towel/lundary saving, soap distributor to get only what you need) without putting pression on you.
I was asking if I should note it as excellent and I was looking for reasons not to. I found out that you cannot cancel a floor call in the elevator by double clicking on a button like you can do in hotels in Asia. This is minor.
The reason I’m not setting it to excellent is the level of complimentary service. 7.5 euros for a bottle of water in the mini bar is a expensive (and other hotels I saw did include one small botter per day) The price showed for other services is above the price I’m used to see.
To conclude with a positive surprise, there was a see horse toy for the bath. I took it for my children.
