How to Get There
The location is fantastic. The service is fantastic. The atmosphere of the hotel itself is very colonial and full of interesting objects to look at. The only complaint is that given the expense it needs some modern touches, however, this is a minor complaint.
Had the most amazing couple of days at this fantastic hotel the staff were brilliant we arrived almost four hours late for our prearrangement dinner courtesy of easyJet they never missed a beat and told us to come as soon as we had changed out of our travel clothes the food was amazing the service was just on another level, Metropole we will be back and next time for a week thanks for a great stay
My son and I visited this exquisite hotel to research a future stay. The reception area and the range of rooms we saw were very characterful and luxurious. The service is very high end and they are very used to dealing with the demanding needs of very wealthy guests.
We had charming drinks round the pool and the hotel was kind enough to send us on our way in the "smokeless" - a charming and hilarious open top buggy.
It will not be easy on the wallet, but highly recommended
