How to Get There
Perfect location, great hotel! Right across the street from Busch Stadium. Room was outstanding and staff was very friendly! Would definitely return! Had breakfast in restaurant and was very good. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel.
Great hotel and great location. Our room overlooked the Cardinal BallPark Village and the hotel is right across from Busch Stadium. Our room was very clean and the staff was great. Plenty of things to do within walking distance.
Stayed here for the Cubs-Cards games. Was promised an early check in but waited for three hours to get our room which was not the superior one other than it did have a view of the stadium. Most of the staff is very friendly but the front desk was appalling. It made me not ever want to come back- they were just horribly rude to everyone-us and people in line before is. We had to go to the front desk a few times because the lounge breakfast times/access was really confusing- they just opened it so I’m sure they were working out the details. We dealt with several different employees and they were mostly awful. On the upside- Great location. Literally across the street from the stadium! We still had a great time- we did write the manager an email but didn’t hear back. Not sure though if between a miserable customer service experience and the noise from trash trucks or the bucket musician outside we would pay the hefty $360 a night to stay here again.
