How to Get There
This is a beautiful hotel! Walking distance to Power & Light and Sprint Center. Just don't count on having a shuttle available. Have stayed here twice in the last 6 weeks and both times "Oh, sorry, it's in use by a wedding party" Even just wanting to go someplace within 5 minutes! Breakfast was good. Love the bar!
Was a nice clean property and very nice accommodations the people were friendly and helpful. The honors program was a nice addition to the stay at the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for the KC area.
Great location in walking distance to so many restaurants, coffee/tea shops, night life, etc. Front desk didn't have any maps of the area and forgot to give us the wifi info but let us leave our bags there on checkout day so we could explore the city again before our flight. Connected to a bar/restaurant where you can get 50% off if you show them your room key. Pretty lobby with lots of tables, chairs and a Starbucks. My only complaint is no way to recycle and the TV was set up on a side wall so hard angle to watch while lying in bed.
I had not realized what has happened in downtown Kansas City. What a revival. But the best part of my KC trip was The President. That hotel must have a great leader because the entire staff from bellman to front desk to The Drum Room bar was top notch.
Nice hotel, adequate accommodation although once you’ve checked in you’re on your own. No room cleaning service ,clean towels etc. That being said, the room was nice and the desk staff were very accommodating
