Everything was absolutely excellent from quality of room to service at the welcome centre and the assistance with booking theatre tickets. Great shopping and met some really nice people. Will certainly recommend this property to our friends.

Girls trip

Love how big and clean our unit is, kitchen has everything we need, beds are comfy, toilets are way to loud when flushing, takes a little while for hot water and some of the doors are squeaky. Other than that we would stay here again!

Night Passing Thru

We were able to stop one night on our way to Hannibal, MO and have a place to stay and see a show. The facility was great and we went to Sight and Sound Theater where Sampson was the presentation was Super.

Horrible
Reviewed 3 weeks ago

First off, check in process is a complete nightmare. They talk you into a “quick” no pressure presentation just to get a parking pass. I paid a fortune for a tiny one bedroom that had floor damage so bad the boards under the laminate were raised enough to stub a toe. I was too tired after driving 4 hours and the check in process to even want to change rooms.
Then, I went to the “quick no pressure” presentation that lasted over 3 hours. Sales rep was very kind and nice. It was the jerk who made me feel like a shallow piece because I couldn’t afford to fork over 1800 right then and there because I’m a single mother.
Don’t waist your time or money. I stay in a 2 bedroom 2 bath with a patio for less than the crap hole I stayed in here. Even after I notified them of the room, the did nothing to compensate me for it.
Nice if you can afford to be an owner, but if you can’t afford it, don’t stay here!!

Great Family Vacation

We just returned from a 4 night stay at The Meadows!! We are not owners so by renting we were invited to listen to a time share presentation, but we kindly declined and were never asked about it again. The room was the perfect set up for our family with a king room and second bedroom with 2 double beds. I was shocked that the resort provided 5 very plush beach towels for us to use during our stay! We stopped at a Walmart on our way into Branson and picked up an on-line grocery order so that we did not have to spend any time grocery shopping when we arrived or lug a large cooler for the car ride. The kitchen was well stocked and we made 2 dinners in the condo during our trip.
We planned a packed trip to Branson so we did not take advantage of all there is to do at the resort, but have already decided that we will spend an extra day just to do all of the fun things the next time! The resort has shuffleboard, ping pong tables, basketball and 5 pools, not to mention all of the free movies and other activities. My son loved the free donuts provided one morning and we checked out a board game to play one evening. My daughter left her cell phone at the shuffleboard court one evening and someone was kind enough to return it to the activities center, which made all of us extremely happy!
Even after reading all of the reviews posted on Trip Advisor, the resort exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this resort for anyone traveling with kids.
