Pretty good, got the job done

I’m guessing this used to be condos and was remodeled after the hurricane to a hotel. All in all pretty nice and clean. Other than a few bar/restaurants on the boardwalk it’s not really by anything so if casinos is your main goal I’d stay further down the beach.

Staff was great. They allowed us to check in early and brought us extra pillows and blankets. Only complaint is that thermostat seemed to quit in the middle of the night so it was kind of hot for sleeping. Girlfriend also said the bedding and bed wasn’t the most comfortable.

All in all a pleasant experience.

Great space on the beach.

We booked this through airbnb which was a little confusing but the hotel is great. It is great location on the beach. We had a 7th floor 2 bedroom suite with a great view. A little strange that you can only get on the outside balcony through the master bedroom. Not a big deal but through the living room would be more convenient.

Close to restaurants and boardwalk for easy walking path. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else when I am in Biloxi.

Great Hotel

Love this hotel. Suites are nice and roomy. Great view right on the beach. They have a great full breakfast bar. You can make your own waffles. Staff was friendly enough. Kitchen fully stocked with dishes and silverware.

Spring break

It was a rough start at South Beach when checking in. We got there at 2, check in but room was not ready was told come back at 4 when I came back the check in line was extremely long very slow process. My turn I stood at the desk waited even longer while the receptionist try figure out if rooms were clean. She very rude and acted as if I was one holding up the process. Only two people working front desk. That took 30 mins. The staff was constantly rude through out the stay.
I ask for a roll away when I reserved the room 2 was ago. Once again I ask at check in, said roll away be in room. Of course it was not, I called down 3 times and on the 4th they gave took away someone else.
The hotel is overall nice, room furniture little out dated and worn. The pull out couch is very uncomfortable. Kitchen fully stocked. We stayed in a room bedroom sweet with two bathrooms. Very spacious. Our view from balcony was amazing.

The beach has access to the Biloxi boardwalk, and tons of restaurants next door plus Shark-heads. Walk out the door beach is right at there and my kids love that. It has a pool next beach also.
Overall hotel is very nice. The staff is what made it a bad experience.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Great location right on the beach with boardwalk and walking distance to restaurants. The views are great! Booked the 2 bedroom suite with balcony, living room, full kitchen. Everything you need for business or family trip. Free daily breakfast with hot food, waffles, eggs. Staff very courteous and friendly. Highly recommended and will return.
