How to Get There
This is a nice chain hotel with a casino. The casino was closed down for a good portion of our stay due to an incoming hurricane which lost it punch prior to coming on land. A good portion of the hotel dining facilities were closed due to the storm. I would stay there again. I just plan to make my travel plans outside hurricane season just to be on the safe side.
Best birthday ever I loved the view from my room it was over the water will be booking next year and I will bring some friends next time the all of the employees were great and they made sure everything was nice in my room .
For example, Players club ask me to back 4 separate times to setup my Birthday Kiosk Game . The last time I instructed to wait an additional 15 minutes for it to load. It took almost 30 minutes total to play my birthday kiosk game total and I received $5 to play.
Rooms are horrible I was upgraded to junior suite and air conditioner didn’t work properly the room was musty and had an odor the hotel and casino need a major renovation. Casino is too small and they don’t deal cards properly. Dealers usually get last hand not the first one. Go to the Beau Rivage
Everyone in the hotel and in the casino was super nice and helpful. I'm definitely going to stay here on my next visit. The only downfall was the pit boss on the craps table wouldn't add on my tier credits I earned from the table.
