How to Get There
I made an online reservation for a room with a KING bed. Arrived at the hotel and was told NO rooms with king beds were available, and that I would have to take a room with 2 queen beds. I had paid for the higher rated room with a king bed several months in advance and I didn't want to stay in a queen, so I asked to speak to the manager. I showed him the reservation on my phone. He scrolled down to the bottom of the confirmation to the fine print and said the "room types are not guaranteed and will be based upon availability at check-in." I told him before I made the reservation, no such information was provided to me and that the information was only made available to me in the fine print AFTER I had paid for the room.
This is a major corporation that should be able to easily manage its room inventory as so many others do. To rely on "it is in the fine print" is an excuse for ineptitude and inefficiency. Obviously, the corporation does not stand behind its product. I travel extensively and when I make an on-line reservation for a particular type of room, that is what the hotels always provide. This is the first time I have ever come across such a disingenuous practice. I recommend you look elsewhere for lodging in the Biloxi area. There are many other more trustworthy hotels available.
Great hotel and Great Casino. We had the best time on our trip, and our hotel stay didn't break the bank! The Mix & Mingle bar has great food and great drinks. The Casino was a lot of fun, with friendly staff and great waitresses.
Room location was great, perfect view of the water! Nice room, comfortable, and roomy. Maid service was great. Steak and Shake open 24 hours was a great asset and great food. Staff was friendly and very helpful.
Clean rooms, good staff support, nice size casino. I plan on going there again, many times in the future as it is convenient for me from my Florida home. The openness of Biloxi is a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of other bigger cities.
It was a great visit. My family had a wonderful time and we enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for the hospitality shown. We plan on staying again soon. My son was a little sad he couldn't swim because of the weather but he enjoyed the buffet.
