How to Get There
Room was nice, clean and comfortable. With a safe and coffee pot. However, the maid obviously didn't understand English, because we left her notes everyday to leave Decaf coffee, and she kept leaving caffeine. We tried to get into the Diamond Lounge. My husband is a member. We were not allowed in because they said that we did not earn enough for the tier level required. We didn't quite understand. We had just returned from The Rio (which is a Harrahs property) in Las Vegas and went to the Diamond Lounge every evening. The staff, and especially, the valet people were very friendly. Could use more video poker machines in the casino. And the Mix and Mingle café has a definite problem as far as bartenders knowing how to make a simple martini. Oh yes, and on the last day, we were leaving early and could not get any hot water in the shower, no matter how long we let it run. Don't know what that was all about. Would I stay there again? Probably. This trip just had a few problems.
Great spacious room overlooking beach/pool. Many options to eat. Magnolia house delicious dinner. Buffet offers variety of good cooked foods. Excellent spa services and staff. Near bridge that
Is good for walking over to ocean springs.
This hotel and casino has recently remodeled rooms and was very comfortable. The king bed was extra comfy and we enjoyed the refrigerator, safe, hair dryer, and lighted make up mirror.
Staff is extremely courteous and made our stay very nice.
I recently stayed 3 nights and 4 days at the hotel/casino. The hotel was very nice, employees were friendly, and were sure to speak whenever i was passing by. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The concierge ivy which is available through text is amazing! Made everything super convenient literally at my finger tips just by texting housekeeping request, restaurant hours, and i was even able to check out using ivy.
The hotel is very nice. The employees are very friendly and accommodating. The food from all of the restaurants is delicious. The heated pool and hot tub are really nice. This hotel is our favorite place to stay on the gulf!
