Very nice hotel!

We booked this hotel via an online booking site, we had confirmation etc from them showing 2 rooms but the hotel had only one in their booking info. Anita at the front desk made it all right and was very gracious and helpful.
It’s a great location for the convention center and a pleasant walk to Target Field. Very clean too!

First time in Twin Cities

Visiting for conference at Hyatt. No rooms there so had the good fortune to stay across the street at Millienium Property. Great experience. Stayed on the club level with breakfast and snacks daily. Convenient to downtown activities!

Great Visit!

We had an excellent two night stay at the Millennium Hotel in Minneapolis this past weekend. We loved how close the hotel was to a lot of places. We parked our car and we were able to walk to all of the locations we wanted to visit. Our hotel room was very clean upon arrival and all interactions with hotel staff was excellent. The bellman, Scott, always seemed to be around and incredibly cheerful. We loved crossing paths with him throughout our stay! This was our first experience with this hotel and we would definitely stay again.

Overbooked and cancel our reservation without notice.

When we arrived for check-in, the front desk staff told us they couldn't find our reservation. After 10 minutes, they admitted that they are overbooked and there are no rooms available for us. The front desk manager told us they have to send us to Hyatt Regency across the street, the positive part is they are compensating our inconvenience by offering us free parking and pay for the hotel stay.

The Magnificent Trip to the Millennium

I would have to say out of all of the trips that I have been on, not only Was it the most comforting vacation and stay I have ever had at any hotel. The accommodations were excellent. We took the greyhound there, and I would have to say the greyhound was a trip from h***. We got in so late... Or in the hotel's case so early in the morning. The woman that was working nights side was so helpful and got us in a room around 4 or 5am I believe. Once we got to our rooms up most relief crossed the both of us as we eyeballed our room. On top of that to make us feel even more at home and comforted from our trip, They gave us complementary breakfast which was excellent. Abass was so caring, and tended to us like guests at his own home. Anita hooked us up with the breakfast and assured our perfect stay. Any time we had questions or requests Anita was there. She had made sure that me and my other were nothing but happy the whole time. Abass made sure that we were up and ready for each mornings beautiful breakfast in the club room. His service and attentive style was, I'm sure is, excelling far beyond the average employee. The whole weekend was magical, Anita provided options for eating, nearby eats and even maps to the skywalks. There was one night we got back so late no places were open so she had called in pizza for us. Wasnt even expensive, super convenient, and filling. Overall I give this place a 20/10! Twenty out of ten all day everyday. Thank you Abass for your service and thank you Anita for your care. Thank you all for the comfort. Also for the great view from our corner club room!
