Musty old carpet that smells
Reviewed 19 hours ago

This place needs new carpet now. Bathrooms have been upgraded. My room smelled musty. Left a note for house keeping. Nothing changed. Room 1618.
My company chooses this hotel or I would be finding somewhere else to stay.

Crowne Plaza continues to define "Faded Non-Elegance"
Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Staying here was depressing. Room smelled faintly of the "smoking room" days. The color scheme felt 1981. Bathroom was a joke. Service and staff were fine. Location was fine, too. With other hotels to choose from, why would you stay here?

Friendly Staff, but the Room was a Dump
Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Staff is very friendly and helpful, but my room was a dump. I’m telling myself the dark stain on the chair is “chocolate” and the 1/4 in of dust on the bathroom vent is “fuzz.” The tissue cover is falling off the wall. But, hey, they have a bottle opener attached to the wall!

Conveniently located

The best thing the Crowne Plaza has going is its location. Very close to the transit system, city buses and the sky walk. The rooms are clean but could use some updating. There is a roof top garden that is lovely. A wonderful space for some down time.

Great!

Rooms are lovely, bar downstairs was a great touch. Associates were professional. Only downside is no pool like most but it makes up for it in everything else. The location was convenient as well. Thank you
