Overview

Twin Art-Deco-inspired towers in glitzy Dubai Marina with local-favorite restaurants and bars

The Lowdown

The Grosvenor nods to retro excess with Deco-inspired interiors—think geometric patterned marble floors and tufted upholstered walls—mixing with thoroughly modern bars and 749 rooms. Luxe minimalism reigns in the suites with muted palettes of ecru and white with pops of copper and dark wood furniture. Facilities include three spas—the male grooming 1847, the unisex Retreat and the women-only B’Attitude. The two pools might be too small for some guests, but free access is available to nearby Le Royal Méridien Beach Resort & Spa. What the Grosvenor lacks in pool size it more than makes up for in restaurants and lounges: 16 in total, including Rhodes in Residence, helmed by British celeb chef Gary Rhodes who serves Brit classics with a French twist.

In the Area

The Dubai Marina is built around a man-made canal that runs two miles along the Persian Gulf. Eating and drinking options include European dishes (and a weekend roast) at Café Bistro and Aquara, a seafood restaurant with views of the boats at the Marina Yacht Club. Max your card at the enormous Mall of the Emirates and seek out sparkles at the Gold and Diamond Park, a modernized version of the gold souk. Golfers will find championship level courses nearby at Emirates Golf Club and The Montgomerie.

Fantastic as always

We have visited Grosvenor House Hotel and it sister property Le Royal Meridien since 2003. However we now always stay in Tower 2 at Grosvenor House simply because it exceeds all of our requirements.

Since our return from our latest trip at the beginning of May we have taken a little time to reflect on another fabulous stay at Grosvenor House. We always spend our days relaxing in the gardens at Le Royal Meridien where you are guaranteed to look after so well.

There are so many positive comments about staying at Grosvenor House. Although there has been a small number of personnel changes the high standards of service delivered never falters. Always exceptional.

From the moment your arrive at the front door, you can be certain of. very warm welcome from the crew at the front door followed quickly from the concierge team (best in Dubai)

All the Level 5 team also merit a particular mention, the level of service enjoyed there is exceptional and delivered with warmth and pride.

The variety of Restaurants within Grosvenor House and Le Royal Meridien is amazing, our particular favourites are Rhodes W1 and Rhodes Twenty 10. However seafood night at Sloanes on a Thursday evening should not be missed. Food and service exceptional.
We should not forget housekeeping which is another vital cog in the GH machine and we have had occasion recently to thank their help in finding and returning jewellery we had given up as lost after we returned home.

Looking forward to our trip next hopefully end of June.

Grosvenor house is one of the highest rated hotels because it is very difficult to find any fault, we did the half-board package and the food was excellent. Extremely clean, great staff, excellent facilities.

Stayed here many times and always love coming back to its luxurious super comfortable beds and suites. The bath products are really nice and the service is always friendly and accommodating. Nice quality variety and good service in lounge. Cocktails during happy hour are great.

We stayed at the Grosvenor following a trip to Singapore, Princess on reception noticed I had recently turned 50 and offered us an upgrade to a two bedroom apartment. Wow what a “room” and what an amazing hotel with each member of staff really looking after us ! Our HB booking allowed us the choice of multiple restaurants and we had the best meals but breakfast was an absolute favourite !!!
Felt relaxed from the minute we entered the building 💜 and the birthday gifts were so appreciated ... 💜
Thankyou Grosvenor House - we will be back !
