How to Get There
My parents, husband and I stayed at the Kempinski for two nights, during our tour of Jordan. We fell in love with the place and were so sad to leave. We were very fortunate to have Jamil check us in, he took special care of us, and made sure we were comfortable. My father is elderly, and jamil gave us adjoining rooms, so my husband and I could be close to my parents. It’s a huge property, and they have golf carts to take you from place to place. The sun sets over the Dead Sea are unbeatable. We had a fantastic time! A very big thank you to Jamil, and thank you to the rest of the staff who made our stay so memorable!
The hotel is wonderful and huge, there are buggies to take you around, however the check in was kind of chaotic as the person as running as over the place and left us in the middle two times to do something else. However he did give us a complimentary upgrade, which is appreciated.
Mind you there are a lot of flies every where and during lunch they are all over the food. They do inform you before ordering.
Last stop on our tour of Jordan, expecting excellence , so disappointed !
Ash and fag ends everywhere outside our room , lovely !
Phone not working so couldn’t get any service - but was suddenly fixed...
Only proper restaurant fully booked so couldn’t get a meal at night unless you wanted a burger at a bar
Almost frisked because we had some Lebanese wine in our case to take home
Supposedly best hotel in jordon
Don’t believe it
