How to Get There
I booked this hotel because I have found Westin to be a reliable brand. Apparently they took the month off when designing this location. The room was all beige and tired. Worse, the reason I booked it was to be convenient to the airport. Well, be warned, if you’re not flying Delta from MacNamara terminal, you’ll have to wait about 30 minutes for a shuttle to take you to the other terminal, and then ride another 10 minutes. When I called the front desk to ask why the “Westin” shuttle hadn’t arrived to pick us up after 20 minutes, the answer was, “its operated by someone else. We don’t have anything to do with it, here’s a number you can call.” (Tried the number; no one answered.) Westin, the shuttle has your name on it, and you list it on your website as an amenity that you provide (and your customers pay for), so if the service is crappy, that means YOUR service is crappy. Don’t try to pawn it off on someone else.

Spent the night here after a missed connection due to weather. I felt so fortunate this hotel was available. I only spent about 12 hours, so my experience was limited. The room was clean and comfortable All areas were so quiet it was hard to believe the hotel was located in an airport. The check-in person was friendly and helpful. I stayed on the concierge floor to be able to get a quick snack since I was tired from travel. The rooms are pricey but that is understandable given economics of supply and demand and having a captive audience with stranded travelers. I was flying Delta, so it was very convenient to get to security and the gate. I would definitely stay here again if needed due to travel.
