Good location for federal work

I liked this hotel. Staff was very nice. Parking could have been slightly cheaper. The Westin (a mark above no offense) charges the same. And it's a better location. Room was well appointed. Breakfast staff was very polite. Apparently rooms are being renovated from top to bottom so ask for a higher floor.

Best experience!

Great service and staff. Would always choose this hotel over others in the area. I stayed here on a business trip so It wasn't my first choice but I did have the Hilton Honors program which helped my strengthen my experience.

Incredible Experience from the moment we enter the door.

This Historic Hotel surely impressed me. As a seasoned traveler I only state the truth. We were greeted by Kimberly at the front desk who was very accomodating and friendly. She had a smile on her face that was contagious! She had us laughing and happy which after a flight was a welcoming experience . The room was Huge, comfortable, and amazing quiet! Lots of light and yet dark at night for ultimate sleeping. Great workspace and large bathroom . Lots of complimentary amenities were provided to us. The lobby was a very nice respite with a Starbuck's Coffee and Quick breakfast area as well as a comfortable lobby for conversation. The circle bar was fantastic for meeting other guest and conversing! Everyone was so friendly. The hotel offered a free reliable shuttle anywhere you needed to go within a 3 mile radius which saved a lot of money on Lyfts! What a great experience! Recommend Highly …. great location downtown .

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and nice. The hotel room was clean. Nice bar on site, friendly staff. Was there on business, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel that were great to eat at.

I don't know what other hotels in downtown Detroit are like, because this was the first trip there, but this was better than expected. Mini Starbucks in the lobby. There's also a bar. Comfortable beds in rooms that are a little on the small side. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
