How to Get There
The entire staff was exceptional from the front desk to the doorman to the shuttle driver to the bar service staff. Loved that there was free shuttle service to the Fox Theater (we saw Joe Bonamassa) and that three shuttles were available. Our shuttle driver Tony rocked! And shout outs to bartenders Ramon and Angie as well. Room was spacious and comfortable. A really great stay.
I was here for a conference at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and nice! I really liked the tub- its large amd great for a nice relaxing soak. The wifi worked well. Overall staff good.i would ask for a higher floor for a nice view.
We stayed at the hotel for a wedding last month. After we left, we realized we had been double charged for parking. I had to call the hotel and leave messages / voicemails for Rhonda, the Finance Manager, 7 times over a 2.5 week period before I could have a conversation with her. When I finally got in touch with her, she introduced herself and said “What do you need?”. She was rude throughout the entire conversation. It was a battle with her to even locate my reservation.
The hotel is nice and the rooms are pretty large. We like to have the rooms pretty chilly, so we turned on the AC prior to leaving for the wedding. When we came back to the room after the wedding the room was hot. We called the front desk and a maintenance man came to fix the AC. Cooler air started coming out. We left the hotel for a few more hours and returned to a slightly cooler room.
After this experience, I will not return to this hotel.
