How to Get There
Wilky has made our experience incredible!!! Came down to South Beach for a long weekend and Wilky has treated us with first class service. Set us up with towels and chairs perfectly on the beach. He is so nice and friendly and has made the experience of “shlepping” to the beach so enjoyable. We will definitely be returning because of him :)
Visiting Miami for the weekend with friends and the Savoy has the best beach service by far! The attendant Wilkey is awesome and so friendly. Chair and towel set up super seamless and easy. Great experience!!
What I do not understand is the fact that the hotel management does not have the decency to inform us that the hotel is still closed even though we have a reservation for the hotel in a few days. I even send emails about a month ago about some other stuff which was properly answered, but no word about the fact that the hotel is still closed. We leave in a few days!! What would have happened if we would have showed up on their doorstep. There might be many reasons, but there is no excuse for this lack of communication. It is just unacceptable. I wonder if the Savoy hotel management agrees.
