Horrible Experience!!!! It deserves NO stars!!!!!
Reviewed 4 months ago

Do not stay here...EVER... unless you enjoy being scammed. A group of friends and I thought we rented a 3 bedroom apartment that slept 6. What we actually got was a studio apartment that had no doors; a partition to separate the 1st 2 "bedrooms" that didn't have room for the beds or suitcases or people for that matter; the 3rd bedroom had half of a curtain to have some sort of privacy. The patio door in the 3rd bedroom didn't lock and only had a rotten wooden bar to keep the door closed. The bathroom was moldy and had cobwebs everywhere. The shower handle was missing, the fan didn't work, you can see into the bathroom from the 3rd bedroom and the sink was clogged and the faucet handle was broken. The owners kept adding additional charges leading up to check-in. We were charged an additional $800 2 days before flying in and they threatened to cancel the reservation if we didn't pay. The owners did NOT replenish any service items like coffee, toilet paper, paper towels. Whatever we used up had to be replenished on our own. This was completely disgusting and had buckling ceilings with water stains. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! Oh and there is no pool or any other amenities as advertised!!!!!

A Poorly Maintenanced, Unkept Scam - Avoid At All Cost

This has undoubtedly the worse hotel experience of my life. The room was advertised as a three bedroom, but it was just three areas separated by partitions with just enough room to fit in the beds. There were NO DOORS. The best thing this place had for a door was a thin curtain that didn't even cover the whole entrance. In other words, ZERO PRIVACY. We had to change in the bathroom the whole time. Speaking of the bathroom, the fan did not work, the shower had NO HANDLE to turn it on (we had to twist the little piece in the middle that the handle should have been attached to), there was mold everywhere, and worst of all, the bathroom had huge windows! Sure they were frosted over for opaqueness, but if someone gets undressed under the light, everyone in the room behind them can pretty much still see everything!! So yeah, even less privacy than previously mentioned. This room was uncomfortably cramped! There was barely any room to walk. The room wasn't even clean. And to make matters worse, the cleaning/room maintenance crew was abysmal! They frequently provided us with unclean sheets to us for the beds, they would not fix the broken shower handle for us, and they refused to provide us with toilet paper! Yes....WE HAD TO BUY OUR OWN TOILET PAPER!!! Also, this place claims to have a pool, but when we go up to the third floor to see the pool, the ENTIRE FLOOR LOOKS LIKE AN ABANDONED GARBAGE DUMP. Remains from parties from months if not years ago still sitting out, trash everywhere, everything is dirty and the pool was covered up and unusable. We were told by the owners that we needed to go to a nearby hotel to use their pool, but even when we did that, the pool was under construction!!

As if this wasn't bad enough, they owners basically extorted us out of our money. Even though the room had six beds, and we were bringing five people, they rose our rate for the stay by almost $800!!!!!!! They claimed that it was for cleaning costs for having so many people in the room at once, BUT THEY RARELY DID ANYTHING RELATED TO CLEANING, and again, WE HAD TO BUY OUR OWN TOILET PAPER!!! What was our extra $800 going to!?

So let's see:
Extortion
Laziness
Dirtiness
Crowdedness
Piss-poor maintenance

I honestly can't think of a positive thing about this room. Avoid at all cost!!!

Warning to anyone thinking of booking a studio in this complex. This place is a total disgrace, abandoned, derelict and dirty...The photos are misleading and do not reflect the reality. No reception area, carpets mouldy, shower dirty, pool in another hotel. This was a family holiday of a lifetime. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN..

Belson Review of Greatness

It was a good time, the skyloft allowed me and my girlfriend to have our own privacy. The only problem was the breakfast, the waffle maker did not work and had residue from other guests using it. But other than that it was fine.
