What are you expecting

There were 4 of us that stayed here, and was pleasantly surprised. Yes, they are going through renovations, however the apt was beautiful and clean. The one pool area was enjoyable as well as the tiki bar. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay, way to go!

Please don't let the negative reviews of a hotel property keep you from booking it.

Thank goodness we’re only here one night!

Thank goodness we’re only here for one night. This place is a mess. Everywhere is old fashioned, out dated and needs a good clean. The place is undergoing construction work, but the overall feel of the place is tired /shabby and unloved. Even after the building work is done it will need a lot of work.
Such a shame. Really thought this place was going to be special. The fact you have to go through what seems to be service corridors with bare wires hanging down to reach the pool, one elevator working for the whole hotel, no shop, restaurant or bar facilities at 7.30pm at night should paint a clear picture if this place.
DON’T BOOK HERE!!!!

TERRIBLE in every way!

This hotel.....awful! Lets start by saying that the front desk is completely unhelpful and unprofessional. I had a total of 3 rooms booked at their hotel for 5 nights. They charged my card for a one nights stay of a room that I did not even stay in. Instead of letting me into the room that I FULLY paid for the night months in advance, they put 3 rusted cots in 2 of our condos. They refused to refund me the money for the one nights stay, despite the situation being their fault. After asking to speak to a manager several times and given the run around by the front desk staff, I was told to come back in the morning at 11am. While spending all of this time trying to check in, I asked the front desk if they could at least wave the parking that we were paying per hour while we waiting to get this problem solved and return our rental car. The front desk clerk, Leslie stated " They have nothing to do with us, speak to them." Overall the staff was rude, incompetent and unprofessional. After coming back in the morning and trying to contact management several times, I was unsuccessful and told by the front desk that the managers refused to speak to me and dont like talking to guests. Customer service and fairness is something that this hotel clearly knows nothing about. Aside from the issues with our reservation, the hotel is very sketchy, raggedy and run down. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!! The hallways stink, the elevator is broken, the pots and pans in the room were rusted, etc. They also charge you a $28.50 resort fee per night for room. Not much of a "resort" if you ask me.

Huge apartment
Reviewed 3 weeks ago

Hi there. Me and 2 friends stayed in apartment 420. It was a huge apartment. It had a open plan kitchen livingroom. 2 huge bedrooms with double beds in both. 2 bathroom/restrooms. Only thing I would recommend is a safe in the apartment as 420 didn't have one.
