you will feel relax and in paradise kids friendly and also nice view romantic and I enjoy the spa never crowded food is good and drinks

We stayed in a cottage which was well worth the price. It was spacious, well appointed, and conveniently located. The ferry trip was quaint and convenient. Service was outstanding. The restaurant had great food and a great view. The resort and island were very picturesque.

The Best of Everything

Loved this resort. Very romantic and luxurious. You have your own private jacuzzi. The beach is never crowded and totally pristine. Peacocks and large iguanas roam free on the grounds. Top notch restaurants and service. Just a gorgeous setting. Loved the pool as well. You can drive golf carts around the island and they have a little market on the island to get whatever you need. The spa and gym are convenient and modern. Cannot recommend enough.

My wife and I stayed for three days at Fisher Island Resort and Spa. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a beautiful property and the island provides great walking and running courses. We loved our suite with a hot tub outside. The food was amazing! We ate at all three restaurants and thoroughly enjoyed all of the food. We also enjoyed the beach and the beach service was excellent. The only downside to the resort is that it is very expensive even in reference to other 5 star resorts.

Worst customer service at the Spa!!

I had a gift certificate someone gave me to go an enjoy a day at the spa. First, booking an appointment was a total headache! I tried calling several times but no one answered the phone that was written on the certificate which was 305.535.6031. I even left a voice message but again no one called me back. Then, I went online and found the direct line of the hotel so I called to see if some one could transfer me to the spa but again no one did. After a few hours of trying to get in contact finally a woman answered and there I realize this was just staring. The person who answered the phone had no idea of anything and by this I mean every time asked her something she replied "let me ask" then she put me on hold for a while. let me tell you this person was lucky that I've so much patience otherwise I would've went nuts!. Finally, I was able to book my appointment! please be aware that this was my first time ever!!! going to this place meaning that I've no idea of how things are manage there so I asked this woman the usual things... can I go earlier?, can I stay after the treatment and enjoy the facilities?, how long before the treatment I'm supposed to get there ?... this person told me don't worry WE WOULD CALL YOU A DAY BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT BECAUSE YOU NEED TO GET "CLEARANCE TO ENTER THE ISLAND" as I said I've never been to this place so I'd no idea of this. Long story short I've to reschedule my appointment the first time for the following week and so the day I actually had my appointment I realize no one had call me for the "clearance" I called many times!! even the main line of the hotel but no one answer! 20 minutes after the actual appointment time I got a call it was a women (which I believe it was the same one who booked my appointment) asking me if I was going I told her I've been trying to get in contact but no one answered! so I guest I'm not going! then she was like: "oh! let me ask my manager because you have to pay" to what I reply " I've a gift certificate so I don't think so" this woman put me on hold for so long that even my husband was getting angry? what type of customer service this is? so when this lady finally came back to the line told me that was fine that I wasn't going to be able to use this certificate. To be honest I didn't care anymore it was just to much stress when it should be something different is a SPA isn't it?. Anyway just to make sure I wasn't crazy I asked a final question "Lady, wasn't I suppose to get a clearance or something to be able to have my appointment" Funniest part! she said "oh! let me ask". her answer was that I was the one that was supposed to call them!! (when I was told a complete different thing when making the appointment). Can you imagine my being there and not being able to enter because of this wrong information!!!!! My opinion may not matter but being this place such a "thing" how come they have this miscommunication? people that doesn't have a clue of what their doing! and even worst Don't know any information about the place where they are working! I understand if you don't have the answer to something but every time I asked something they put me on hold for a long time and I just thing this isn't right!
