Decent hotel but overrated
Reviewed 2 weeks ago

I stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights and felt let down with the overall experience.

There was a huge wait to check in due to some issue the staff were having and so there was lots of people waiting around.

The rooms were nice and offered drinks but was very costly.

If things went a bit smoother then I may have actually placed a better review as the location is good and the rooms were clean and to a good standard.

Hidden charges

This place is not a hotel but rather a bunch of managed condos. The posted rate was $134 and they ended charging me $90 more in all kinds of add on fees. They put this in the fine print in the terms and conditions including a $40 “cleaning fee” so that it looks cheap when you buy. Way more expensive than whatever the posted rate.

Don’t stay here if you’re looking for any type of rest or sleep. There’s a huge bar/club right downstairs.

TOMAS FROM ROOM C401 “the worst room in this hotel
!!!STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!! I have planed this vacation for a while. My brother came for first time to USA from Europe so I took this hotel because it’s 4* and looking good. I was about to make “nice vacation”

When I arrive it was normal busy street with lots of people around. When I came in hotel (entrance on the side of the building cause on front is huge gay bar I’ll get back later) it was disaster !!! All I read online was just huge lie. Tvs bathroom rooftop bar WiFi none of it worked but on the bright side we have dirty bathrooms hair everywhere and black mold on the ceiling areas. Gay bar under this hotel is the loudest bar on south beach. And if you heterosexual you won’t appreciate it. So I called guy named Rob (most likely some “manager”) he gave me very bad behavior! When I asked for refound , he started to laugh and pass the cell to some
Random woman with crazy accent that gave me even worse behavior. So I was just amazed what am I going to do now with sorry but sh*tty hotel in the middle of south beach. We stayed for couple nights and leaving today because we have enough of this place... not worth a penny so like I said “STAY AWAY”. There is million of other hotels around that care about costumer service and comfort of their costumers. I can include pictures and more info about room C401 just text or call on (571-267-9396)

Do not book!
Reviewed 2 months ago

We booked with two children. Our room balcony directly hung over over the bar below and was too noisy. We had two drug dealers under the ocean view window and a tramp on a mattress in the alleyways. We complained to the receptionist who couldn’t get hold of the management and headed back home to Orlando. Sent email and management denied that we complained and offered no refund at all. They were rude too. Do not book if you are with kids it’s totally unsuitable and loud and management company are terrible. The sofa bed was covered in sand too. Totally disgusting and not fit for purpose unless u want drugs . Abysmal service . Do not stay here.

We arrive to our room and discover that our windows was just in front of the club on the street. Do not even try to sleep you will be awaken by drunk people yelling from Monday to Sunday.
We try to change our room to another one but have been confronted to a particular non helping room manager.
Seriously avoid this hotel and its unqualified employees!
Run away!
