Staff exuded happiness and helpfulness. Thomika, Berline, Dahlia, Johnathan, Grelyne, Antonia and Tee displayed exceptional customer service. Restaurant has fantastic food and the pool and beach were very clean and comfortable. We usually stay at Hilton’s and the Bentley exceeds all others. We will definitely return.

Best kept secret- free local shuttle service. Driver Eric had great local recommendations where to eat, what to see.
Only real negative for hotel was the coffee in the room - yech ! Old machine, poor quality coffee.

The wait staff has horrible customer service unless your just ordering drinks. My room was dirty even after room service cleaned it. Don't walk on the floors without shoes on.
We were originally very happy with this hotel. We had reservations at another hotel that turned bad so we had to find a new hotel to stay in last minute. The staff had found us a room right away, the penthouse suite #4. The room was spacious, the floors were dirty to walk on with bare feet, windows were dirty, it wasn't updated but the beds and bathrooms were clean so we were fine with it. The balcony was great, it was a double balcony with a partial ocean view. The lounge chair cushions had holes in them and so did the cement on the balcony, but it was nice being able to sleep with the door open. They give you free drink cards with your stay but we never used them. The valet driver was great. We had huge drinks at their restaurant which were really good 2/$35. We ate breakfast in the morning there, the food was okay. We liked the rooftop heated pool and hot tub. Having a bathroom up there was convenient too. When you go to the beach you get two beach chair rentals free with your stay.
*****The only bad thing I have to say about this hotel is that they tried to scam us. I argued with 3 different employees before they would transfer me to the manager to dispute the charges on my credit card ($90.47). I was charged for 2 wine bottles and 2 sprites which I didn't have. I was charged for and gladly payed for the items I did have in my room (2 cokes, 2 Fiji waters, and 1 kit-kat). WARNING don't eat the candy there, we threw away the kit kat after taking one bite because it was stale! The employees put me on hold and "confirmed with a manager" that there were 2 wine bottles in our room when we arrived, which there were not and we have pictures and videos to prove it. Then they transferred me to 2 more employees who said the same thing until they finally put me through to the manager. He eventually said my card would be reimbursed and if it's not on my bank statement I will be calling back.
If you decide to stay at this hotel I highly recommend taking a video of ALL chargeable items in the room with an employee present so you have valid proof of everything!!
