Remote stay
Reviewed 2 weeks ago

I do a lot of research before I book a stay, and this place was no different. We booked 3 nights in the Bird House Suite. We both thought the space looked incredible. I will say it was comfortable. My negative comments are the lack of a furnished kitchen and poor lighting and space in the bath. That aside, the space is comfortable. The grounds are fantastic. It is a place that is very special. We were overwhelmed by the ATV tour though the property, one of the best experience ever! The remote location has its negative side, there is not much for a very long windy, dangerous drive. The locals are a little worrisome. The stay is truly an experience, I only wish being so remote there were more food options at the ranch.

Breathtakingly beautiful remote getaway

We stayed over Christmas weekend and the property and service were amazing. The food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. They accommodated our dietary restrictions and snacks and beverages were in plentiful supply. We stayed in the Captain's Quarters and the view of the coast every morning of the large picture window alone made stay worth it. I liked staying in the main house since it was pretty chilly at the end of December and it was nice to head down to breakfast while staying nice and toasty. Highly recommend the ATV ride around the property! We will definitely be staying here again very soon.

The team at the Inn was fantastic. We truly loved our two night all inclusive stay. It's the type of place where the intimacy, remote setting, and service leave you wanting to stay longer. The property and architecture are beautiful. The rooms well appointed and the staff incredibly caring. We definitely will be back!

Worth It!

This is an amazing experience! The Inn is well built - it is uniquely designed with redwood trees. We stayed in the Redwood Grove and had THE best views from our own deck/hot tub and every room in the suite. Sunsets and star-gazing were unsurpassed - our weather was perfect. The chairs, beds, bedding, pillows, towels were all excellent quality. The property itself is incredible. The bluff walk, the ranch ATV or horseback riding make it easy to stay in one place and never want to leave. The staff were all lovely and knew how to provide excellent customer service. Wish we could have stayed longer and completely decompressed...

Unique and Wonderful

The Northern California Coast can be tricky in January but we had beautiful weather which only added to the joy of staying at the Inn. Dramatic location, away from all hustle, thoughtful and over the top design, materials and staff. Be sure stay for the evening meal and take the ATV tour around this huge open space. Couldn't be better. We will return.
