How to Get There
Awesome place to stay! The units are huge with everything you could possibly need. I felt guilty that we only cooked in once! A great way to save money with snacks and drinks etc. The pool view is unbeatable and we appreciated that the adult pool was close to the ocean, unlike the place we stayed in West Maui.
The Wailea Beach Villas were absolutely beautiful. The rooms were immaculate and tastefully decorated. The kitchens provided every single amenity you could need. The bedding was extremely comfortable and clean. The landscaping was beyond words.
We booked our villa through Private Paradise Villas. It was a family vacation to celebrate my husbands retirement and my birthday. Wailea Villas condo was everything you could ever want. We were in C301, which is close to the adult pool and not far from the beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could imagine and very neatly laid out. There is an amazing Viking range and we grilled out a couple of nights. This condo had everything you could think of with beach towels and coolers. There are places to eat lunch right next door. There are towels at the pool and towels at the beach and we were always able to get a chair. I wish I could live there!
Our family is very particular about accommodations during our vacations... It's not fun to pay a small fortune for stays while being uncomfortably crammed into a small hotel room. This was not the case at the Wailea Beach Villas... we had a spacious, immaculate, well equipped, beautiful villa that was in a great location! We would defintely consider this place again as a vacation destination.
We stayed here for five nights with three adult couples and a one year old child. We had a three bedroom penthouse ocean view unit. I can't say enough positive things. The unit itself was beautiful. The kitchen was huge with everything you could ever need. The bedrooms were spacious and very private. We spent all of our time in the living room and on the balcony, which both featured enough seating for six adults. We were very, very happy in our room.
The grounds were also super beautiful. Do know that the walk down to the beach and the adult pool requires many steps or a very steep road, though you can call the front desk and arrange for a ride in a golf cart, which we did a number of times for people in our party with mobility issues. We loved the kids pool, too. It never seemed obnoxiously busy -- everything was being used and enjoyed, but it wasn't like you had to get up at 5 am to stake out your chair.
We also received some of the best service of our lives. The staff seemed to anticipate what your next need before you knew what it was. They were pleasant, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable.
Location on the beach and the beach walk is ideal.
We won't stay anywhere else when we return to Wailea.
