Good stay

Stayed here with a couple of friends over the weekend to watch NFL games. Nice hotel, big areas to move around in and the breakfast selection was good. Great that we could all fit in the same room which made it easier for us! Staff is friendly

Very very good

I stayed there maybe more than 5 times. In comparison to other hotels in U.S. especially their staff not only in reception but also in the restaurant breakfast area are very very helpful always have smiling face. The room and sleeping quality is also good. They provide fresh orange juice and omelette in breakfast. They have free shuttle service to famous brand markets as well. But do not forget to give drivers small tips. They do not like it :)

Totally mediocre hotel. Disappointment to the brand.

I am at this moment lying in bed at almost 1am on a Monday night on the 4th floor, listening to plumbing noises and shower sounds from some other room, some sort of pipes banging, someone scraping their hangers across a closet rod in some other room, heavy footsteps above me, tv in some other room that makes it sound like I’m staying in a tenement, and a fridge in the room that is clicking and clacking endlessly. I also just looked out my door at the sound of plastic bags being vigorously shaken in the hallway and house keeping is servicing a room loudly, leaving the door open, right across the hall, in the middle of the night. I can hear every dish clang, sheet snap, and garbage crumple. Bring earplugs. Add a bed that creaks, a mattress at the end of its useful life, and the absolute WORST hotel restaurant service and experience that I have had in a long long while (despite fairly yummy food), and I can confidently say that I would never recommend this hotel to anybody. Ever. Credit where due: The front desk staff was lovely and kind and warm. Truly. It’s the only reason for any stars. But that’s it. This property is cheap in construction and maintenance is lacking. It’s also not located within walking distance of anything interesting, which I knew and does not bother me but is important for anyone considering staying here. Saying “Marriott Boston Quincy”‘is like saying “Marriott Chicago Oakbrook” or “Marriott Minneapolis Eagan”. Also heads up - no airport shuttle and when Uber is surging it is 80 bucks to get here. Without surge it is about 25.

Bottom line. Pay a little more to stay somewhere else and you will be happier. It’s really very mediocre at its absolute best, despite a lovely lobby and conference facilities.
