Easy, Comfortable, and Perfect

Choosing Yotel felt like a bit of a gamble for the group of people I booked this hotel for. The people I work with travel a lot and are always looking for the best experience and Yotel delivered. Check-in was easy and you didn't need to talk with anyone at the front desk but someone was there if you needed it. We were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. The rooms are the perfect size, not too big or small. I think of one the most egregious things about hotel rooms while traveling is what a waste it is to have so much space. The rooms have everything you need and nothing you don't. The bed was VERY comfortable. I have a foam mattress at home and typically critique hotel beds, but not this one. The bed itself is like a hospital bed in that it moves from the flat position to folding to lift your head but its a great feature. Even when its completely flat the room is still quite maneuverable. The tv is high tech - you can stream apps from your phone or computer. I really liked how there was a place for everything. I had hooks to hang my purse, a place to put my luggage, etc. The products in the shower are luxury and don't have a strong smell, which is nice for someone who is sensitive to smells. It was just a great experience for a solo traveler. They have cool rooms with a bunk bed type bed for kids and families! It's really cool. Perfect location from the airport - quick 10 minute drive. It was quiet and I loved the black out shades. Also so so so affordable. I would DEFINITELY stay here again and book my team here as well! Special thanks to Molly for her hospitality and making everything so easy.

Weekend getaway

Had a nice time at YOTEL Boston, rooms are small but nice. Close to everything in Seaport. The highlight of our stay was hanging out with Nate at the bar. He was awesome, he was attentive, didn’t hover but participated in group conversation when it was cool. Nate is super cool and made us want to hang out at the hotel bar rather than head out to one of the many options available,

The staff is helpful. Michael C. was very attentive to our needs. The hotel was very clean, and located in the perfect location. It is directly across the street from a movie theater, a few restaurants, and next door or across the street from the Silver Line stop or train. It’s also a CVS pharmacy one block away, and the Boston Children’s Museum about three or four blocks away.

Thoughtful space, comfortable stay

Husband and I stayed here for the Extreme Beer fest. The festival was held at the Seaport, but the stay here was significantly less expensive and still close by. Very comfortable bed, great shower, cool lighting. My only complaint is you can’t turn off the small blue light that controls the overall lighting. Also, no free coffee, but there is a coffee shop next door and good breweries on either side.

Amazing great experience!

My husband and I loved our stay! To say they were amazing is an understatement! They went above and beyond my expectations to make our visit memorable! The customer service was exceptional from beginning to end!! 5 star across the board!!! The fact that they would check in with us by text to make sure all was alright was great! Their texting service was quick and efficient! They are always available to answer any questions you may have! Everything was so easy and convenient! The hotel staff was very professional and courteous! The valet option at the hotel is definitely worth it, because parking in that area is impossible (worth the $50 fee!, trust me) The room was just the right size, everything was modern, clean, comfortable and unique! I had never stayed in this part of Boston, and was so impressed how there were so many dining options and how everything is close by! We loved staying in this particular area of Boston! All I can say is that you will not regret staying at Yotel hotel, it will go above and beyond your expectations, and make your stay memorable! Great job Yotel team!!!
