Exemplary Staff

My teenage daughters and I had an amazing stay at the W Boston! Joe set the tone for our entire stay when he helped me with our room selection over the phone. From the cheerful greeting by the bellmen, the accommodating front desk clerk at check-in, to the very happy room attendant checking on us as soon as we entered our cozy room, we were made to feel very welcome. Every time we entered or left the lobby which was several times each day, the bellman never missed graciously opening doors for us. Hats off to management - staff is doing a fablulous job. They take pride and ownership in their work. Please extend my compliments to them. Rooms are fabulous! So many details to make it home away from home. My daughters loved the Bose Mini Sound Link speakers. So much fun!

Dissatisfied

Stayed her for a conference since it is close to the Haynes convention centre. When we arrived in the room we were surprised to see that there was a bit of garbage on the floor. The room preparation each day was never completed. They would forget to replenish the shampoo and body wash. The toilet paper tool one day was left in the vanity. The worst was when we asked for a 1 hour late check out and we were told that it is $50 per hour! Not impressed.

Another great stay at W Boston!
We were greeted by Reggie, front desk agent. He was warm & welcoming. Our room wasn't quite ready so we had a drink at the bar. When the room was ready, Reggie personally came over & handed us the key to our room. We had asked for a feather-free room (pillows/comforter) and our request was honored. Our room was wonderful, on the opposite side of Stuart Street. It was very quiet.
Remy, concierge, was very knowledgeable and pointed us in the direction we were interested in exploring. Looking forward to our next Boston visit. This is not our first time staying at the W Hotel & it certainly will not be our last....until next time
